Best Residential Home in Phoenix AZ

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

After calling I was given an immediate time and quote to inspect our project. A text message came with a photo of the plumbing tech, his background and his certification and rating ( out of 5). I received another call telling me when the tech would arrive. He was timely. All options for my job were explained. The plumbing tech was respectful and since it was very rainy day he wore protective booties for the flooring.

My sewage lift station was no longer working and needed to be repaired or replaced.
After contacting Macho Contracting, they evaluated and responded with an estimate very quickly.
I verified Macho Contracting was a Licensed Contractor and in good standing with the BBB.
After I approved their estimate, they scheduled and performed the necessary work to replace my pumps and control panel for my existing sewage lift station.

Excellent customer service and very knowledge. We were going to remodel our home and wanted to be sure there were no plumbing repairs that might crop up, so Hero took care of us. From my 1st call to the company, my questions were answered, a fair estimate given, and timely response to do the job. The company representative that answered my phone questions came out for the inspection and the needed hydro-jetting the next day. Video and intelligent explanations provided by the rep gave me the understanding to make my decisions easily on how I wanted to proceed. I had to replace a portion of my main line under the foundation in my house. The rep continued as my supervisor of the job for continuity. They made the best of the plumbing issue with fair pricing, their care to protect my belongings, minimal digging to access the pipes, very intelligent solutions to the repair with extremely great servicemen, and clean-up was done leaving me little to do. No more plumbing issue to worry about.

We would like to thank the crew at Belsito Robby, Daykota, Jon & Kevin for their friendly professionalism on completing the repairs to our septic tank leach lines in a timely manner despite weather conditions. The guys were very knowledgeable in every aspect of the repairs. We would really like to thank them for taking great care in restoring our yard back to original condition despite having to dig so much of it up, great job guys!!! We will recommend Belsito and their great crew to anyone that ask us for a reference Thank You Guys so much,

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

We had an emergency with our septic tank on Sunday. (It was backing up into the bathrooms)
I googled for a local septic company and found Ducks. Even though it said they were closed, I called anyhow, and was relieved when Ernie answered the phone and was most helpful. He located our tank through an online map, and had his technician Jose out within a few hours. We found them knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this company!

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

I used for fixing my water plant. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. They took the time to explain to me what was needed to be done and the steps they would take to fix the issue. I had a real problem on a Saturday it may took care of it in a professional away in charge me a fair price for what they did. My home warranty company sent out an incompetent plumber that couldn't do anything on Friday but tell me what they couldn't do so it was a pleasure finding somebody that could take care of my challenges and charge me a fair price to make it happen.

One of three quotes we got for a sewer line repair and they were by far the most thorough, taking their time to evaluate the issue and explain the different options and why they recommended what they did. Day of repair crew with Craig were on it - really friendly yet professional. Didn't seem to mind when I wanted to sneak a peek in the hole to see what was going on. Showed me the blockage they pulled out (wow!!). Made sure I was satisfied with the job and cleanup before they left. Honestly it barely looked like they were there at all!!

Sunset Septic Service completed our septic inspection a couple of years ago and we chose them a second time because of their flexibility around our schedule and their amazing response time (I had the completed report the following business day). Their front office fitted me in on moments notice and are always so helpful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a septic inspection.

We had a plumbing issue on Sunday. Mr. Rooter was here promptly and took care of it. (and didn't charge extra on a weekend!) We worked with Ken and Efren. Both were very knowledgable and efficient workers. Their dispatch was great about keeping us informed when they would be here. They guarantee their work. I highly recommend Mr Rooter!
