Hawx Pest Control

Should be a 0 Star option, but I digress. Have been a Valley resident for 3+ years. No issues with prior pest control (never had spiders, ants, etc.) but sadly opted to try Hawx. Sales guy sold us via door to door sale. Signed contract and within 30 days with Hawx you would think we didn’t have a pest company. Can’t even sit outside now the spiders and ants are so bad. Hawx will not postpone service when raining and still treat (why!?) - they also say they have “warranty services” never had luck. Service guy just left, spider webs, spider sacks still all over patio, etc. I specifically asked him to address the issue, but nope. Called their customer service line to request warranty service and got placed on hold and finally disconnected after 20min. Hawx - I want out of my contract and have requested that the Service Manager call me. Made that request in September and still no phone call. I 100% do not recommend Hawx.

Guy was very professional and informative and answered my questions and took the time to explain anything I asked. I really appreciate the promptness and thoroughness of the visit and Hope that all goes well with my rodent situation! He was very confident that it would be taken care of and that makes me feel much better about the situation! Thank you for a great job and look forward to the follow-ups to ensure that everything goes well! From the first initial phone call with Christy everything has been great so far! Both Shane and Walker were AMAZING! They were both very PROFESSIONAL as well as PERSONABLE and responsive to all questions. They went above and beyond in every way! I would recommend this company above any of the others that are out there. They felt like FAMILY and we just met them! In a world where people don’t seem to know how to communicate anymore, SHANE and WALKER were a great DELIGHT! We are sold and will definitely use them on a permanent basis! Shane found things we didn’t even know we had issues with. Shane and Walker definitely EXCEEDED our expectations!

They out-price their competitors, use top notch products that work fast, have amazing customer service, make next day drop ins for any special service requests (in case I see a bug lol) & their techs go above and beyond every time as well.

March 4, 2023 during termite assessment Logan me told $2500 to install and someone will come out every year to assess. IF you need a refill of bait you pay $300. Come to find it’s $300 every year for Hawx to come out whether you need bait or not. I got this info from the installer himself as he called me when he was to my house to install, which Logan told me I didn’t need to be there, and that was not true as well. Thankfully, I was able to talk to the installer and he gave me the real truth about how things worked. Tried calling customer service who told me she would call me back in 10 min so can dig deeper into my account. She never called back. Told Logan I don’t want services and he calls me. Tells me that he is going to call the person that was going to install and verify the $300 situation because he was not aware of it. Calls back and tells me as of March 1, 2023 they changed the rules and it is $300 per visit every year. He then let me know that he would be willing to give me the services for $1500 so that way it would cover 3 years worth of them coming out. I reached out to the person who came out, and he said Logan never contacted him because he already knew that that was how the pricing worked. It never changed on March 1. I am literally getting the runaround and being lied to by Logan. I also checked my credit as I was told that when I financed the termite charges, it would be a soft inquiry on my account and come to find it is not a soft inquiry. It is a hard inquiry, and will remain on my report for two more years . Do not use these people as they scam you, and they lie to you and I am very upset. They wasted my time and the audacity to continue to lie to me. And now Logan is telling me he’s not sure that he can cancel the services because I financed and there’s a pending charge with the credit company and he has to call because this is never happened before.

Shane was the exterminator that came out to service our home and was very friendly and personable! He explained what he was doing and why! Extremely satisfied with Hawx pest control and will be recommending them to our family and friends! Thanks Shane!

Elisha Cross has been the most helpful service professional that has come out to provide my general services. His explanations to products being used to treat my yard have been very helpful. I also appreciate that he takes into consideration all the pets I have and does his very best to insure my pets are safe when he is doing his services. thank you Elisha !

This is a scam I signed a 4 month service agreement which was over in May 2022 Today 2/13/2023 they allegedly went to my rental property and send me the bill for a service I did not ask for. No where on the service agreement does this state it’s a yearly or lifetime agreement they said it’s on their company policy which I don’t have. I guess they think we should read it and assume I don’t have a job and a sick child right now. I would never ever recommend this business to anyone and assume all of the 5 star reviews are paid for. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of unsuspecting hard working customers. I plan on taking this further to a consumer protection agency. I was contacted after I called over a dozen times and finally given a refund. I still would never do this again I’d rather buy something from Home Depot.

In June, I had called in to this company to cancel the account, under the pretense that there were no strings attached to opening the account as this is what a salesrep had told us. Come to find out, there was a minimum of 5 services required prior to closing the account. I had asked if the company does not hold themselves accountable for lies told by their salesreps & the supervisor I spoke with stated no they do not after I would not accept their company jargon. Additionally, the account was supposed to be in my dad's name, he signed the contract. It turns out the rep had opened the account in my name, however I did not sign anything. When I asked about it, they told me my dad's signature is valid for me, even though I am an adult. The services performed did not even work other than the initial spray done. This is a horrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Devin and Guy were beyond professional and respectful from our very first interaction. Communication was great and super friendly!! Can’t beat the cost for the great service and positive energy we are getting non return!! Thank you!!

I got sold on the hype and attempted cancel I was treated rudely a. And once I mentioned canceling the service just mentioning it , the lady charged my card and disconnected the call. It's a scam iiMO and the staffing compliments that. Try Walmartpest control for your water hose instead. Thank you save your money ,

Sales Rep Devin did false selling saying I would be billed only at the frequency I chose to get the pest service @ $39.99/service. Now I am billed at $39.99/month even though I opted to get pest service every quarter. I confirmed with Devin several times during our conversation if I will be billed only at the frequency of service which he confirmed and claimed that’s how Hawx is not like other pest control services who charge every month even if customers don’t get the pest service done every month. He even said he is giving a discount on cancelation charges of $210 to cover me Incase I wish to cancel the service anytime later. He rushed me through the agreement showing only certain sections like the discount of $210 on cancelation, schedule where only the months when I am getting service is checked and $39.99 written under each of the scheduled months (other months didn’t have a check mark and said only checked months is when I should pay $39.99).
I got service only once on Oct 24th 2022 but I am billed on 11/24/2022 as well even though I did not opt for the service in November.
I called Devin to enquire about this and now he says I will be charged every month and this was what he communicated to me. I asked him to cancel the service but he said I will have to pay cancelation charges of $210 for cancelation. I reminded him of the discount of $210 on cancelation which he accepted but he didn’t confirm if I will be charged or not yet.

Hawx pest control has been very professional and courteous . Each tech that has come out has been great. Today we had Raelyn. She was very sweet, she was on time, she listened to my concerns and was very helpful . We have been using this company for a while now and I have no complaints .
Keep up the good work Hawx, we appreciate you and your service.
I am now adding more to my review… months later we have continued having problems with sewer roaches. The last tech we had called for a manager to come out and further help with this problem. Keith came out and went above and beyond to help and discovered a plumbing issue that was causing the problem. He gave us a plumber to call… Chad with Ahead plumbing, who also provided 5 star service . After all this time the problem is under control and I can’t say enough about how grateful we are that Keith came out. They have been so kind, extremely helpful and again.. we really appreciate you Hawx ! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had problems with scorpions, and spiders in and out our home since Hawx have coming and spray we haven't notice any problems. There services our excellent ?

Every time Shane comes to our property, he is professional and attentive . He is very polite and extremely thorough! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for pest services!

I am extremely impressed with the service from Hawx. I had other quotes but they were by far the most affordable and they had the earliest service dates. Customer service was exceptional! My service techs were great as well; Ana B was very kind and knowledgeable, Mark was amazing as well, he answered all my questions and concerns at the time of service. He was also very careful and gentle with my yard which I appreciate. Overall a great company, I definitely recommend them for termite prevention and protection as well as any other pest control need!

Jon M in Phoenix 85018 was amazing! He did our house and my boss’s house. He was the same at both jobs’, excellent work, customer service, and the sweetest kid around! Elisha just serviced my home inside and out and was extremely professional, hands-on, and thorough in his service! You can tell he takes pride in the work that he provides. This was my first service with this company and I’m glad we got Elisha cause he made us feel very comfortable with both the company and service!

Matt Sparks was great to talk to, I felt like he answered all of my questions very well. He was able to explain to me how things are done and what to expect in the future and gave me some ideas on what other services to consider when summer comes and the mosquitoes come out. He was also able to give me a quote on how much it will cost. He called someone at his office to make sure he gave me an accurate price based on my property, which to me is above and beyond. It made me feel like he was really trying to accommodate me.

But to be honest the way I was approached about this business was a little off putting. There was a knock on my door over the weekend and when I answered the door I told the guys there that I was watching a movie with my kids. They just kept talking (and I guess did their job well) I ended up going through with getting the service after what seemed like 20+ minutes. The thing that really weirded me out was them asking for my card information right there at the door.
Two guys coming up to the door introducing themselves as a new pest control company and asking for payment after scheduling but before the service is done. I really wasn't sure if anyone was going to come at the scheduled time. They also didn't have any business cards which I guess isn't a whole lot of assurance but it definitely didn't ease my suspensions.

But we'll see how everything goes in the next few months

I don't leave a lot of reviews but this experience is definitely worth mentioning. We had Hawx services yesterday with Randy T. and Michael D. I was completely blown away with their professionalism and attention to detail. I know a lot of companies pay for reviews but this ain't one of them. I was very hesitant on what we would receive with our contract and had thought about canceling before they came out. I am so glad I stuck with it. Thank you for the great service. You have earned us as customers for many years to come.

Elisha did an amazing job in our entire home. He addressed all our questions and concerns he truly went above and beyond! As soon as he stated treating our yard for our fire ant problem you can instantly see the ants picking up the product and carrying it back with them. Great costumer service from start with Hunter to finish with Elisha.

A couple of days ago, I saw a scorpion in my garage. I have been looking at places and we get a knock at the door. Sam and Isaac were the sales reps I spoke with and they were super chill and explained everything thoroughly. I asked so many questions and it didn’t fluster them once.

After a brief discussion with my accountant (my wife), we signed up for the Hawx General Pest service. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day and thanked them for stopping by. Sam even provided me with his cell number, just in case I needed to reschedule or something came up.???

The next day, I received a text from Robert 15 minutes before he arrived stating that he was on the way. That is my favorite part, communication. This is one of the few company’s that has great communication. Robert and Shane arrived on time and were professional as hell. They explained everything that they were doing and went over important points of my contract.

They worked as a team an sprayed my house inside and outside in 15-20 minutes. They provided me with all contact info in case of anything. This was the most professional experience I have had with a company coming to fix my house since I moved in.

We even talked about random things and they were respectful of everything in my home. They have given my wife the piece of mind she was looking for cause we were going to burn this house down if we saw another scorpion. I will absolutely be continuing to use their service.

I just purchased a home in a new construction area. As such there are a ton of bugs. Hawx has been amazing in coming out to resolve the bug issue until I now have no more pest issues! The last tech, Randy, was super friendly and went above and beyond on this last service call. Kudos to Randy!

Worst company ever they charge me every month 55$ but do not show up. I have called to let them know I want them to knock each time once they get to my home I tried to make a cancellation they told me they charge $210 to make a cancellation when I signed up I asked if there was going to be any cancellation fees and they said there was no cancellation fees never show up Actually think it’s a total scam in customer service leaves me on hold for a very long time sometimes they don’t even answer you

I will never do business with this company. They sent a door to door salesman to knock on my door when I have a No Soliciting sign clearly posted on the door. I work from home, if they can't understand what No Soliciting means, they clearly have no reasonable concept of what customer service is

Literally the worst at everything and a terrible value for what you actually get. Have pets and want the exterminator to enter from a specific side of your yard/house, NO. Want to call and reschedule days, best of luck to you but also NO. Have a cactus garden that obviously has baby (and older) cacti throughout it, stepped on and smashed.

Save yourself the headache and find a local company that actually cares and doesn’t charge you when they aren’t there, like Hawx does!

This company is great and is very schedule oriented. You will always be notified of your service date and they will arrive at the time they said they would arrive. This is a great company.

Worst company in the world! Worked 6 months doing door to door and wasn’t properly paid.

Cole signed us up and we enjoyed speaking with him. The next day Mark came out and did an extremely thorough job. He spent more time spraying than any other pest service we have used in the past. He even sprayed the bushes the trunks of the trees. He was very knowledgeable and a great guy to talk to. I highly recommend them, so glad Cole knocked on our door.

I was not informed by the sales rep that I was paying monthly but only getting service once every 3 months. I think this is crucial information. I called in after seeing the new charge to find out when the next service would be. After finding out Im paying $40 every month but they are only coming once every 3 months, I said well then maybe I should cancel. Phone rep was very rude and argumentative saying I should have read the contract although I never received one. The sales rep had me sign a little signature pad on his phone to agree to the service. When I say I am considering cancelling, she says we will charge you $210. I specifically told her I would dispute that with my credit card but I dont want to cancel with her. Once I hung up, they charged me the $210 anyway. This business is a scam and I regret ever signing up.

I received a text message stating my technician, Matt Sparks, saying he would be arriving at the agreed time. He was Right on time! Very polite. Asked what services I was needing, bug/spider wise, changed to the right but sprayer and went on with his business. He made sure to use ant bait and set traps. Made sure I was aware of next months serve as well. I’m very happy with his service.

We’ve been using Hawx for a little over 6 months and have been very happy. Their spray has been effective and we’ve had no problems. Frank is one of the regulars that comes out and is super friendly and courteous.

Great service. Have gone through many pest control company’s but I really trust Hawx to take control of all my pest control and termite needs. The tech, Mark, really knows his stuff and how to take care of people. Absolutely great customer service from him. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Our service technicians, Matt, was very knowledgeable and professional. Matt went the extra mile to make sure he addressed our needs regarding the cockroach problem we may have by telling us to follow up with them in two weeks if it continues. He talked us through the service he did in and outside our house. Matt did a wonderful job on our property.

They signed me up in march and have been taking $75 a month from me but not once has there ever been a tech on my property, then they call me and ask me if I wanted to add on an additional package and I told them I wanted to cancel, they then tried to charge me $290.67 for a cancel fee of the service agreement. Luckily my bank stopped it, I had to call back and be hung up on multiple times before I finally found somebody to help me. They act like it’s a call center but its all the same people in the same office taking turns being manager for their co workers escalated calls and as soon as they realize they can’t get anything from you they just cancel and charge your account and then hang up on you. DO NOT use this company. I even have neighbors on my street that are going through the same thing. Do not hire this company. They are just creating service agreements that bind people then either charge them directly or put them in collections either way they get there money.

Very pleased with the service I have received. After one call I got an appointment scheduled for the following day. My technician Guy came on time, explained everything to me and took care of my problem. Highly recommend Hawx Pest Control.

Service Professional Jon was FANTASTIC. Took care of my cockroaches that were so darn big, you can slap a saddle on and ride off into the sunset. I 10/10 recommend getting this guy to treat your home. He’s Amazing. Can’t wait to see him again!

I’m not much of a “leave a review” type of person, but I do have to say that Mark Crow came out to do a job for one of my properties and he was very VERY profession, kind, an was super knowledgeable. I worked for hawx for months still waiting to hear back from hr on my w2 customer service through the phone is extremely rude claiming that they don't have and hr number or person worst pest control company in the valley as an ex technician don't use them

I used both services pest and mosquito control from them. The sale person, the scheduler and the actual person servicing my home are friendly and respectful. Raelyn has been the one spraying a couple times and she’s really professional, showing up on time and answering all my questions. I would recommend hawx pest control to friends.

Received a call from Matt Wydra branch manager. He apologized, understood the situation and was able to give me a better price for the mosquito only service. That’s the way to run a growing, thriving company. I can recommend Hawx. The mosquito extermination is very good.

I called for mosquito extermination only and they set me up with exterior pest control. Which is $26 more than the mosquito service. I called to have them change it to mosquito only but the said I agreed to the higher price and they will not change it. Billing people were extremely rude and unprofessional, in fact the rudest I have ever experienced by far. I guess they can charge whatever they want. I just want to be charged the same price as other folks for the mosquito service. The customer is not the most important the $$ are.

I have used several pest control companies and only Hawx was able to get rid of several ant hills I had in my backyard. Would highly recommend them.

Raelyn was stupendously thorough compared to our previous pest control company. We had tried a couple others in the past but no one was successful at ridding us of bugs from the yard. We entertain guests 3 times a week and having a bug free yard is super important to my spouse. I’m super happy I made the on the spot decision to switch to Hawx thanks to J Crenshaw. I’ll keep you updated on the progress.

6 months ago a representative came to my house and he spoke to me about a special plan. We went over the German roaches that we've been dealing with. He showed me pictures and promised to eliminate them. 6 months later there has been no change in roach infestation. I called and found out I was enrolled in a basic plan that does not include German roaches. That was the only reason I enrolled into the plan, and now I'm being charged an extra $400 to upgrade. I denied and my plan was automatically changed to the German roach plan regardless. I've been paying $55 a month for the past 6 months for something I didn't need and now I'm being charged an extra $165 to cancel. If a representative comes to your door, do not enroll into any special plan because that is how they will scam you.

I was told that I could do one treatment for $75 with no future commitment. Then I was told that I was locked into a subscription and was charged a $275 cancellation fee. Hawx lied to and stole from me, do no do business with these scammers.

I like that they do a good and thorough job. I haven’t seen any problem areas after they treated my house and yard.

Michael did a fantastic job at treating and inspecting my home. He explained in detail what he did and what to expect after the service. Will continue to use Hawx and recommend them to anyone.

I had my property done on great special. Matt Sparks, was professional, knowledgeable, congenial and responsive. Everything was explained extremely well and questions were solicited before beginning, at transition from outside to inside and at conclusion of services. I'm currently using their service. Paying monthly of course. But I didn't know I was paying monthly but only getting service every other month. So basically I'm paying every month for nothing. I was also never told it was a 1 year contract either. I fell like I was just scammed by the sales person. If I would of known I would of never gotten the service in the 1st place. By reading other customer reviews. Looks like I wasn't the only one being scammed!!!

Wonderful program ! Can call them every month if need be. Auto 90 day service. And small start up fee. They have termite stations they can install! Most beneficial for new home owners!!

Would never recommend this company to anyone. What was supposed to be a one time service deal which I paid for ending up being a monthly service that i didn't want & when I cancelled they charge me 267 dollars for early cancellation they calledit. They charged me for services they was never rendered. Scammed me out of my money.

As others have said, predatory sales practices to get you locked into a one year contract that has a cancellation fee of a couple hundred dollars. I was told by one of their salesmen that they were offering a discount on their service since they were going to be in the neighborhood. No mention of a contract, no mention of cancellation fees, nothing. Now it's about $65 a month or $3XX to cancel. Absolutely awful! Will never recommend this company. Unfortunately the only people to see this will probably already be conned or know what they are getting into.

A salesman (going door to door) approached us with an offer for services which we initially rejected as we did not have a need (or budget) for regular service at this time. They verbally offered a one-time outdoor service of $50. My wife, who paid for the service, was handed a tablet for signature for authorization (with the screen already at the signature line). The verbal context made the authorization appear to be related only to what was discussed (a one-time service) and/or a matter of property access. It was actually signing a 12-month contract which was never discussed. We realized the error upon being contacted to set up the follow up appointment. We contacted the company and management only to end up paying the $200 cancellation fee.

Legally they are covered as they emailed the contract the day it was signed, even if the emails themselves do not make clear the fact that you had just signed up to pay $150 every few months. Unfortunately, the authorized cancelation time is only 3 days (extremely short for a 1-year contract), and the email was not reviewed in time.

I definitely recommend this company for peat control. We called for a bee problem and they came right away and gave us fantastic service. They also returned 3 days after initial visit. Elijah was the service tech and he was so nice and took care of the problem and went the extra mile to make sure satisfied with the pest control! A++

Raelyn was very Professional And understanding. She explained all the Chemicals that were used in my home and explain that they won’t harm my dogs or humans in any way. She’s very Polite and a hard worker showed up on time and got straight to it I Definitely Recommend the service.

Randy informed us about hawx pest control and was a big reason we chose to receive their services! He was very knowledgeable about all they offer! I highly recommend!

If I could rate this company zero I would. When I spoke to the person who was setting up my service she lied to me about the price, When I asked them to pull up the call they gave me some bogus excuse on why they can’t pull up the call. When a supervisor finally reach out to me after a month of trying to get one to call me back. When I spoke to Chris the supervisor he was very unhelpful and did not provide me with a solution. Now they are charging me $200 to get out of this contract, when no one even explain that their would be a contract. This company lies and deceives you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After looking over several other reviews it seems like these are indeed the buisness practices you follow. The salesmans took it upon himself to create an account and schedule recurring services when I literally declined to have a single service done - super shady buisness practices.

Hawks pest control is professional and so informative. I can call them when I have an issue and the scheduling turn around is quick. Every technician that has came out has given me so much knowledge on the insects as well as do’s and don’t’s. Chemicals are harsh free, safe for kids and pets.

Very shady people offering a discounted price to get you locked in for a 12 month contract. Thankfully I have the shady salesman (Cole Gibbons) on camera and am ready to take them to court if they refuse to cancel the agreement that I never signed up for.

Michael the tech came out and told my family the truth. The sales person told me it was $50 for a one time fee. I will never deal with these liars again. If Michael was the owner I might have changed my mind.

They came and knocked on my door and told
me that they were in the neighborhood and they were looking too do more houses in my neighborhood and that they would only charge me $75 Not once did they say it would be a bimonthly subscription and that they were gonna charge me $100 each time they came. The man who came to my door then asked for my card as payment and then to signed what I thought was a receipt A month later I get a text message for a appointment that I never made that they we're coming to my house for bimonthly check so I called to find out what's going on and they told me I signed up for a subscription and if I wanted to get out of it I would have to pay $277 1st time I called then I called again and then they only charged be a $177 Which I paid to get out of because I felt very scammed and didn't want them coming back to my house.

Guy came by to do a bug & insect extermination and he did an excellent and thorough job! We were very impressed with him! Thank you Guy!!!

I was sold a neighborhood deal of $50 for the first service and $150 after that all while they hid an exorbitant $250 fee for 12 months of bad service. Apparently it was in the agreement I signed, which is on me for not reading, but any decent company would explain that to people before they sign it. Now I'm left with spiders they were supposed to get rid of and the option of paying either $450 more dollars for poor service or pay the $200 left over from my agreement because the $150 I paid for the second time they came out doesn't count toward that at all. This is a terrible company who's just trying to rake people over the coals. Do not trust them.

Josh, a solicitor from this company knocked on my door after seeing my no soliciting sign. When asked to leave for trespassing he refused and then proceeded to insult me and my family. I’ve sent the video proof to local police and they’ll be following up on the trespassing charge. Definitely will never work with this company.

UPDATE: These people have sent multiple people back to my home still soliciting. I’ve called the cops on them multiple times. It’s ridiculous.

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER. Fraud charges on your credit card, never came back for service. One tech knew what he was doing and tried to fix what other Tech couldn't do, but company wont allow him to do his job. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Raelyn was absolutely the BEST! She did mosquitos for us along with what was initially requested because we have a leaking hose so there’s water built up beneath it. I didn’t know mosquitoes laid eggs in water before she informed me of such. Our kids adored her, wanted to play with her, drew pictures for her. We all look forward to her next visit when the traps need replacing or when 2 months is up and the house has to be treated again!

Randy with Hawk pest control was professional and very helpful. Especially with advice for future bug issues. As well as making sure the kiddos are safe.

Michael first came out to our Cave Creek property on 2 different occasions to exterminate a massive bee colony under our Conex storage, He was professional, on time, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the business wouldn’t use another service out there

Decided to cancel my service before it was preformed because $300 for one service is too expensive. Called and cancelled. Got an email saying I owe $60. For what? I was not made aware of a cancelation fee. Still disputing this charge..what a headache!

Ants. I hate ants getting in my hummingbird feeders and now they got in my kitchen! Hawk Pest Control was servicing my neighbors property and Matt the technician came over and did my property right away when I told him about my ant problem. Matt did a great job spraying the perimeter of my home and baiting for the ants. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was an intial visit .

The reps that came to my door forged my signature on the contract. I never was offered anything to sign but received an email after they left with the contract and my initials were signed agreeing to a one year contract.

Raelyn had inside and outside spray and verified the correct spray was used both inside and outside the house. Raelyn answered my questions on toxicity to the pet or us in close contact with the application being applied in the house.

Raelyn is to be commended for her character. She asked me clarifying questions on termite spraying. Raelyn reviewed the agreement and noticed descrepencies on what work was being performed vs what I was being charged. I am sure it was just a misunderstanding on the sales rep and what work was being performed. Raelyns attention to the details are a strong attribute as a representative of the company.

Raelyn walked the entire perimeter of the property applying the bug repellent. Raelyn performed the application in the rooms of the house.

Please thank Raelyn for her efforts today. Whatever your paying Raelyn is not enough. ?

Hawks pest control is a scam. Luckily I found this out before using their services and signing the contract. Now they still call me from a random California number every month to a few times a week after asking them to remove my number. Sure sign of a scam.

Everyone I have spoken to was so nice, the issue is they harass you. I decided I didn’t need the service and they have been calling me over and over literally every couple minutes around 6 times daily. They’re nice but extremely pushy even after you communicate with them.
