Mike was prompt and showed up as promised which allowed me to meet him as scheduled at my mother in law's house. I was very impressed with his ability to methodically trace back a faulty circuit to diagnose an electrical short in a light fixture that had likely been an issue for a long time. Our family sure appreciates his diligence in finding this before it became more of a danger to her. He represented the company so well that we've already scheduled more work with Simple Electric.

Today 5/04 at 4.30am one of your drivers in Queen Creek decided to be on his phone checking messages on Queen Creek rd from Ironwood to Ellsworth. He was going 30 in a 45 with him sometimes speeding up to 45 and then slowing down constantly. He was holding up traffic because he needed to be on his phone checking messages. That road usually has no traffic at that time but there was a line cars because your guy was too busy on his phone while driving and holding up traffic.
And yes I could see he was on his phone, I was right behind him.

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! I called OneShot to take care of a few outlets that weren’t working.
Gabe came out the very next day and fixed the issue right away.
He was professional and he explained everything he was doing.

A few days after the initial visit, some of the outlets weren’t working. I called back and he immediately came back and investigate a broken wire that was causing problems at other outlets.

The way Gabe handled finding and fixing the problem was extremely professional. If you want an honest and quality electrician, look no further.
