One of the urban Pest Control workers is stealing water to fill up their trucks from our Condominium Association. He's been given two warnings and still fills his truck up sneaks around and fills it up. That is stealing and dishonest and is a terrible reflection on the company!

Had one of their exterminators come out to fix a minor roach problem we saw starting up. About a week or so later they were still walking around the floors and not dying. Called and spoke with one of their reps; Tim I believe his name was and was told that they are not going to guarantee their service as their website boasts in big bold letters they would. Instead I was solicited to buy more of their services at a lightly discounted rate for being a previous customer.Granted this may have been an isolated incident as there are plenty of other good reviews out there. I would still say to shop around because there are many competitors in this line of work.Update 9/4/2019 - I was recommended a product you can get online called onslaught. I mixed it and sprayed myself right after this service call and have had zero issues in the last 5 years. One spray every 6 months and I have yet to see a roach or bug in my house. Do some research, it's cheaper, more effective and takes about 30 minutes a year.

My wife text me a picture of a 2.5 inch roach in the kitchen sink and I lost my mind. Started calling for same day service but no one available. I talked with Spain and he told me to give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do for me. As promised 30 minutes later he called me back and said that they would get me in today. Unfortunately my wife at home was also calling and scheduled an appointment before I could. Although I won’t be using them this time I know who I will be calling the next time. Customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Spain for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of me. You will be my first and only call next time.

Eric V. my technician was amazing. I had suddenly started seeing roaches inside my home. The first time in all the years we lived there. I couldn't understand where they were coming from. He searched and searched my property until he found the source, our water meter. There was a nest which was causing the issues. He treated the area and I haven't seen one since. He also went above and beyond by cleaning all the spider webs. Thanks Eric for your great service.

The service itself is fine but there was a bit of a kerfuffle switching between my old company and this company and payment. Oh well.

I had Fromms Pest Control come out to Cave Creek and their response time was very fast. They were also very professional and did a thorough job spraying my yard while paying a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend Fromms Pest Control.

Moxie is always reliable, the techs are extremely friendly, and their service is top notch. If I ever have any issues between regular visits they will come out for free to make sure everything is taken care of. I’ve been using them for several years now and I’m very happy with the company.

I had my house sprayed today and Tyler did a great job! I was running late and he adjusted his schedule to accommodate me! He beat me to my house and did the backyard while waiting for me. When I got home, he came in and sprayed inside. He was very professional and good with my pets and kids. I am looking forward to working with him again. When I first called to make the appointment, the owner of the company was incredibly thorough and gave me a great deal. He chatted with me and was friendly and asked more details about the issues we were experiencing! 5 stars!

A 1 year warranty doesn't do you much good if in that entire year the issue is never fixed or your place isn't properly treated.

So during the initial inspection they did a good job identifying all the problem areas of my house and then proceeded to treat these areas (i think, I'm not sure anymore because the termites never went away).

2 months go by - area still are infested with termites and they are building tubes actively still, so i call and they come back out and treat again.

another 2 months later - areas still are infested with termites and they are building tubes, oh most like they didn't treat anything. So i call and they come back out and sent someone friendly and more experienced. My husband had a good experience with the 3rd person as he was good at explaining things and sorta guaranteed us that the problem was fixed.

another 2 months later - areas are still infested, termites are building even MORE tube and in more areas to the point that its just impossible to ignore anymore, it looks bad and its just hard to imagine that anything was done any of the other visits now.

I try and get another appointment, they guarantee yet again to send someone better but I can never get an appointment in the mornings, itll take 2-3 weeks, maybe to get someone. Not to mention the appointment itself has a 5 hour window for when the employee is supposed to get here and to the treatment, thatll require taking an entire day off work. :/ I don't know many people who could tolerate such a large time window like that, especially when you have to do this multiple times in a year.

Termite treatment is just something i want to do once and forget about, maybe a touch up every now and then, you cant do that if you go with this company.

I'm sorry but my house is being eaten away, and after this many visits they still couldn't treat the same problem areas. I'm absolutely upset over this. Ive worked with termite companies before and never have i had a company have so much trouble treating 1 problem area. My bathroom ceiling, from the beginning, has always been the problem and it continues to be a problem without any signs that it got any better or will get better.

The 1 year warranty wont do you very good if that entire year the termites still don't go away with no signs of stopping. I really have to do some research into other companies now to see who else I can go with. When it comes to your house, you cant afford to get bad quality termite work done.

Jackson knocked on my door and explained his services thoroughly and clearly. It came at the perfect time as we have had a series of problems specifically with ants and roaches. He also explained that his product is safe on plants as this was important to me due to our backyard garden. Seth came later in the day to do the actual spray. He also provided a recap of what Jackson had previously explained. I was quite impressed with both Jackson and Seth as they both were extremely professional and patient. They took the time to listen and explained what to expect after the spray. I felt that they answered all my questions before I even asked them. Thank you so much for your work.
