Shawn is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. If you’re thinking about pest control, I’d recommend this company solely for the quality and care these professionals possess. We originally called as we’re new to the area and wanted to get preventative measures in place for scorpions and insects, and Shawn really took the time to explain the procedure of spraying, insect habits and traits. He is knowledgeable on the chemical compounds and courteous of my child and pet. 5 stars to Shawn and I look forward to our next service appointment. Thank you!

Shawn came this morning and I was very impressed with the service I received. He took the time to move my child’s toys in the yard before starting (no company has ever done that before), and he also explained not only what he was doing and using but the reason why they did it in that manner as well. Their pricing was less than my old pest control service and their service is better. Two thumbs up for Shawn and Envision!!

Highly recommend Envision pest control. Very thorough, professional and helpful. I especially like their reliability…when they say they will be here, they are. When we bought our house, they came in and sprayed both inside and out. We now have minimal pest problems with a every other month maintenance plan. Shaun is especially helpful and does a thorough job.

The tech who sprayed our property and home was very friendly and knowledgeable. When he was in the house, he was quiet and didn't disturb my husband who was working.
I was able to ask him questions without feeling as if I was bothering or interrupting him.

Since we moved into our home, we always found Scorpions and spiders in our home. The products from the store wasn't cutting it so we decided to get a pest control service. Shawn is very personable and does a great job everytime he comes to spray. Since then, we haven't had a single bug, spider, or scorpion in our home! Definitely recommend for your pest control needs.

Nicholas Arkills is the epitome of professionalism. His customer service was outstanding. He knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He is the reason I chose to go with Envision, even though I came across a less expensive pest control company. I trust him to take care of our home.

They are always very courteous and thorough. It was raining when he came this last night and after walking around the property inspecting decided we needed to reschedule. So grateful for that because of all the expenses these days, that would have been my “money” getting washed away.

I called and set up service with sales rep Josh and he set up pest service for Friday at 11:30 am - Friday we waited 45 minutes prior to reaching out to Josh that tech never communicated or showed up.
While texting Josh , Sean the pest tech texted me he was under the weather and behind us schedule for that reason . I advised him we are elderly and do not want sick people in our home , we will reschedule with Josh which I spoke with josh , he knew nothing about the tech’s issue.

Josh set it up again which he said with another different Sean for Saturday at 11:30am.

Today is Saturday and zero communication and no show again.
I wrote josh again after waiting 1 hour past the appointment time and He said this has never happened and he does not understand what is happening. He reached out to the tech and again he’s running late but he is on the way from cave creek to surprise which is well over a hour drive .
I’m not impressed with this company . First impressions are everything and I don’t trust what is being said. Time to find another reliable company.

I am a GM at a local collision center where after some recent flooding we developed fly problem in one of our paint booths. Which cuts our work flow in half. I called Envision n Casey was out in less then a hour with advice on how to handle the situation at no cost to the facility. He then called back the next day with more help.

Me and my 2 sisters moved into our brand new, never lived in home. I also have a 3 month old baby, a cat, a dog and turtle. A few different pest control companies had come by offering their services, but Envision seemed to have the best deal, so I gave them a call because we were seeing a lot of spider, silver fish activity inside and outside of our home. After speaking on the phone, I was offered an even better deal than the flyer said! Sean is the tech that came out to service our home. He was very nice, quick and efficient. He answered any questions I had, let me know the work he did outside. He took care of webs and few sacks he found, (especially the black widow we found last night), and killed a spider that literally was about to crawl onto my foot, likely running from spray! Overall, the service was great and anyone I spoke with was very nice! It seems there are many good reviews, give them a call!

Been with Envision for a year now. From the beginning Josh was very helpful getting service started at our home. Tyler our tech is amazing. He’s always communicating with a text when he will be arriving and let’s us know when he is finish too. He listens to any concerns we are having and addresses them. He takes his time and goes above and beyond. If we ever have any issues Becky is always helpful to get a tech out immediately to fix our pest issues. I highly recommend Envision!

The tech that has came out for our service is fantastic and really professional. I appreciate his patience and understanding with what our needs are. With 4 kiddos and a puppy in a new house with a lot of little critters it gave us peace of mind. We had a little hiccup today and I really appreciated Envision getting it quickly squared away. Stuff happens and correcting it means a lot!

Shawn came out I was told 7am he was there right on time, Shawn was very friendly and informative. He explained how the process works what to expect , what I may see and for how long. He also took the time to educate me on the products he was using and how the how it works. He even educated me on taking precautions for my dog so that he’s safe. Shawn did a great job!

I have used other well name extermination and pest control companies in the past. InVision is by far the best I’ve ever had. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the service.

I just want to say, Christian and his team came over and installed the mesh around my Solar Panels to keep the pigeons out. He was very professional and surprisingly quiet. I appreciate that and so does my wife who works from home and was on a very important call at the time of the install. He gave me a call once he was done and assured me that I didn’t have anything else to do except for have a good day.

We just moved in about a month ago and have come across three scorpions ? it's a new housing development so we figured there would be bugs. Yesterday a rep came by with an amazing offer for service. We were able to get an appointment today! Amazingly fast! The service was completed ? now hopefully there will be less bugs and no more scorpions!

Shaun c treated my yard, he’s great. Always text’s me that he’s on his way and when he’s done if I’m not home. He made sure to treat all the ant holes I had in back and in front. He does a great job.

I used the security system installation services from this company. Overall I have to say they were excellent great customer service very responsive and outstanding customer service. The sales rep, the technicians were all super professional and down to earth made me feel comfortable with the product and gave us everything our family needed to protect our home.

We recently switched from another pest control company to this one and we have had nothing but awesome customer service. We are also getting a better rate than what we were getting previously.
I love how they spray multiple points of your home and yard, and not just the perimeter.
It's also not harmful to pets or children which is a huge bonus.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He was very helpful answering my questions. He did a very thorough job and was respectful of our fur babies and was cautious around their food and water. Over all we are quite pleased and will continue to use the service. Just had another great experience. The technician was awesome. Such a great value using the bimonthly service. I save twenty dollars per month compared to my previous monthly service with a different company. And the results are better!

There's always some anxiety with using a company for the first time, but especially when it sounds too easy to sign up for service or if the deal sounds too good to be true. I kept wondering what's the catch with Envision but there isn't one. Just flat out great service and very friendly, and professional. Nick was very nice and professional. He explained the process to me. So far I only saw a big spider and no other critters but still know need bimonthly pest control in my new home. We have a small roach problem and he explained just how their best service works which I will be setting up for him to come and do soon, he explained it all in detail and really made me feel excited about getting the service done. Woke up in the morning to a kitchen of ants! Was able to find Envision through Facebook where Josh initially reached out. He explained all the details of their monthly service and how their program works. He was able to work with my work schedule and send a tech out. The tech, Nick, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He examined the situation and got to work quickly and found a huge colony that we didn’t even know was right outside our house. He treated everything quickly and explained everything to us and gave me peace of mind that the ants will slowly make their way to ant hell . We have always been happy with Envision pest control services with our old home and now that we bought a new home they are going above and beyond to make our house bug and rodent free due to the house being vacant for a few months. I started having Envision do my routine pest control over 8 moths ago and have to say their definitely one of the top pest control companies. Besides the company having professional technicians (thank you Shawn) The product that they use is great I haven't haven't seen much creep creepy crawlers around here.

Been working with envision for a year almost and really like the service. Specifically Tyler is my technician and is always so nice and thorough. I work from home and he always checks for any notes not to ring the doorbell. Love how he explains what's going on and makes suggestions when needed. I greatly appreciate all the help and consistency.

Tyler did a great job! My family is sick with Covid and he was able to come and service our home without having face to face contact. I didn’t even realize he was here. It was quick and quiet which is great considering I work from home and constantly on calls with clients. This has been a great experience and I’ve noticed a difference from the first visit already!

I used Envision Pest and Termite Services for my large backyard that was full of creepy crawlers. After the wet year we’ve had my bug population was out of control and unmanageable. Envision quickly came to the rescue and they sprayed around my property line... around the perimeter of my home (6 feet perimeter I believe and the “other guys” only provide 1 ft around the perimeter) and inside my house. Seriously overnight I saw results and after a couple of days, bye bye bugs. Even with a couple of heavy rainstorms, I still had no more issues. Envision does quality work, they have the best product and the customer service is equally amazing. I highly recommend Envision and give the service I received 5 stars ⭐️
ALSO, the price is more than reasonable.

Envision is simply the best. Literally they fit me in on the same day I called as my home was suddenly being invaded by ants. They treated both the inside and out and the ants are gone. Amazing professionalism, care, explanation of services couldn’t be happier!

First, a polite young man named Xavier came by the house. I have respect for any young man who tackles a door to door gig with a smile and politeness, especially in this heat and as many people slam the door or won't give the time if day. Then I spoke with Josh, who gave me the ins and outs of what services are offered, what it costs, and why I should consider using the service. It was a very informative 5 minutes. Two days later a tech named Sean came by and filled me in on the details of how the service works. He sprayed the exterior of the house and left. I can't speak to the quality of the service yet, but between the three guys I've spoken with, I am impressed. They are all customer service oriented and easy to speak with. They are informative and not pushy. From what I can tell so far they are also honest and straightforward.

We've had an overwhelming amount of ants in our house for the past 2 months. Thankfully, fate brought Jaiden to my door and he was so compassionate about listening to my rant about the ants in our home! He wasn't pushy about just trying to get me signed up for services. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the whole process. The best part was that while other big name pest control companies wouldn't come out for weeks, he assured me that they would be here the very next day! Sure enough, Casey came this morning and he was right on time. He was also very knowledgeable and highly respectful of our home. We've had another company out once before and even tho we expressed the areas in the house the ants were in, they only worked outside. Casey took his time and really made sure to work in each room with every intent to help get rid of our problem! He even walked through the house with my husband so he knew exactly where to go. Shawn was amazing. He was punctual and professional. He sprayed the entire property line and then did the inside. There wasn’t a bunch of overspray inside and my wife was very happy about that. These guys are awesome. I use them for my security system as well. Excellent company to do business with.

A scheduler (Omar) came to my door as they were going to service my neighbors house. The service is a very reasonable price in comparison to others, I used to have terminal several years ago and Envision is much more reasonable for the same coverage promises. My first treatment was today and the technician Alex was punctual, friendly, and accommodating. I look forward seeing how efficient the treatments are and my followup service in 30-60 days.

If you live in Arizona and have a problem with cockroaches, I highly recommend that you get in touch with this company and request Shaun. He is amazing. Not only is he very knowledgeable about his job, but he also really cares about his customers. He is the only one I trust to come and spray my place because when he does it I know 100% it will be done right the 1st time.

Today I spoke with Josh about getting rid of scorpions in my home. He was super responsive and professional. It was about 3:00 and he had a tech named Tyler at my home less than 2 hours later. Tyler was very friendly and informative about the products he was using. He was on time and didn’t miss a beat when spraying. I got inside and outside sprayed and now set up on monthly visits! 5 stars!

Ive been with a different company for more then 7 years and Thought it was time for a change did some research and went with envision pest and they are great! Very professional on time friendly and most importantly they know what they are doing and know what they ate doing and suppose to do. They went through the whole house to make sure they know what they are working with and where to start. They did an inspection and treated indoor outdoor and attic so far so good! I definitely recommend this company!

If it isn't enough for you then maybe you would like to hear my actual review so here goes.

I have had the service about 2.5 months. In that extremely long time I have had the house sprayed one time with the outside sprayed as well. This was due to finding 3 scorpions. One under my trash can from the garage, one from a storage basket I have near my pool in the backyard, and the 3rd. one was from an Umbrella I have stored outside near the pool as well. The 3ed. was the largest of the three.

The outside of the home was resprayed again due to one more scorpion sighting on my back porch about 1 week after the initial spray. The inside was not resprayed at that time. Neither was my garage internally sprayed.

I hope you find this information invaluable. I hope to see the relationship flourish as time goes on.

I do have one mild complaint before I finish up here, I have a huge WASP problem. They love my pool so I would be looking for solutions for this issue in the near future.

These guys have been very professional in the work they do. Never had any issues so far. Kudos to Tyler who showed up on time and got the work done nice and quick. I haven't had any issues with the bugs so far, thanks to them. Keep up!

Super happy with this company! We had an issue with black widows and they were able to come out right away and set me up with a treatment plan that works for me financially. About a month after they sprayed for the first time we saw a couple more black widows and they came out with an hours to do another spray. Great and friendly staff and techs!

I’ve had a great experience with Envision. They were able to get a tech out working around my schedule. I saw results -dead bugs in the house- within 12-18 hours. I haven’t had any indoor problems since the initial treatment. I initially called because of scorpions in my yard and a couple that found their way inside, and the service has taken care of cricket, the scorpions, as well as the spiders I was seeing inside and around the property. The technician Josh did a thorough job, is knowledgeable and friendly. I was able easily reschedule an appointment when one didn’t work for me, which was great. I live out in the far East Valley and I am appreciative that they provide service out here.

This is by far the best exterminator I've ever had this company/Employee went above and beyond not only to lay down chemicals, But he moved 30 cinder blocks away from the edge of the house also, helped me move a 20 year old shack breaking it down and moving it before digging his trench & putting chemicals. Christian is amazing! We left another pest control (Moxie) because they refused to come out after seeing black and brown widows - which was one week after their service. Christian did an extremely thorough job and even found 2 more large black widows that we had not seen before. I want him doing our regular service treatments going forward. Amazing! Customer focused. This is my second time using this service and just as the first time it was done in a timely manner and as described. But this time stands out because Alex Who did my most recent treatment was very helpful didn’t mind answering any questions that I had. And he was also very polite I look forward to using their services in the future again.

Alex with Envision came and sprayed inside and out as we were having issues with Crickets, Bark Scorpions, Ants, and Spiders. We switched over to Envision from a large pest control service in our area. Alex was very thorough and friendly. He also sprayed areas that our prior pest control guys never bothered to treat. Envision is $20 cheaper per month than our last service provider and they offer the same warranty. I highly recommend anyone looking for pest control to consider Envision. Even if you currently have a pest service, speak with Envision as they will likely save you money and provide a better service.

Tyler and another young man were courteous and listened to what I was enquiring about with this pigeon “crap”. Also i like the fact that your company recognizes the spider webs and gets rid of them. This company does not respect people. Do not support them. They have come through our neighborhood 2 times a week for the last year and even when you have a no soliciting sign they harrass you. Leaving their flyers and trash, even when you call them they don't stop. When you talk to them they are disrespectful, entitled and rude and don't stop. I would NOT support such disrespectful people. We had a very large amount of ants in multiple colonies in our backyard along with clouds of flying bugs coming out of our grass. I used grocery pesticides on the ants but they just kept relocating. And I didn’t know what to use with the flying cloud above the grass. So I took care of it with Alex at Envision. He sprayed our lawn and almost immediately you could walk through our yard without any bugs flying up your nose. He also sprayed for ants and we haven’t had them since, that was four months ago.

My experience with envision so far has been pretty good. From Omar R coming to my door to pitch a sale (successfully) he was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and also funny. I decided to get their pest control cuz bugs are gross ?! Despite their being a minor issue with the tech and I missing each other first attempt, a text and a phone call from the Vice President John and the issue was resolved. John was also very professional, kind, and understanding. Tyler then arrived at my house probably 15 mins or so after I spoke with John, he introduced himself, told me what he was going to do and proceeded to do so. He was also very professional and kind. I plan on referring my friends, but first I want to make sure the critters stay away as they promised!! ? I’m pretty confident that Tyler did a great job though!

Found out they do 12 month contracted services (they never told me while on the phone or when service was done)
And there’s a 150 fee to stop the service before you reach the 12 months.
