Best Home Service in Phoenix AZ

When my house was built, the builder picked a termite company for me. I was never quite thrilled with them and when it was time to get my home treated again I did some research and chose Bill's. I've never regretted that decision. Bill's gave me a good price, did exactly what was planned and stepped right up when I needed warranty service. My technician, Donovan, was thorough, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. The ladies in the office were professional and helpful. This company has a great reputation for a reason...they care about doing a good job. I would highly recommend them.

We have used BluSky for our pest control since moving to Arizona in 2015 and discovering scorpions aren't just something you see in the movies ?. We have had no issues with those or any other little creepy crawlers since. Highly recommend!

We called around to find a pest control company we thought would do a good job, didn’t require a contract and whom we thought was appropriately priced. Last week we had our first appointment with Urban Desert Pest Control and were completely satisfied. We got a reminder text the day before. We got a text from Al telling us he was on the way and when to expect him. He asked about our concerns and explained the process and made sure we knew to call if we had any concerns. These guys are great! They call ahead and show up when they say they will...we haven't had any problems with pests -- which is really something to say at springtime in the desert after a very wet year!

I am truly impressed with the customer service. I went with this company because it had 5 stars and now I can see why. Dallin the tech was very respectful of property, very thorough and helpful and just overall very nice. We have a scorpion issue and its been bad for the past two months. While I dont know the results of the product yet, this review is mainly for the level of service that was provided. Hope the chemicals are effective. I'll be coming back for that review.

I had Heath here today for a termite inspection, I believe he's been here previously for the same. He was masked, which I appreciated although I personally was not so concerned d/t fact I’ve had both of my vaccines.He was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Austin was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable and willing to help. He made me and my boyfriend feel much more comfortable after talking with him and he helped us out significantly more than our apartment complex. He was patience and willing to explain anything we wanted to know!

Chris is probably the most professional, wanting to help, knowledgeable and understanding exterminator I have ever met. He truly knows his job and what it takes to make things right. He explains things in laymans terms, and u can tell not only is he amazing at his job but he really enjoys making people happy.I would and do recommend chris to anyone wanting an exterminator. He makes your company proud. To be completely honest, if he went to another company, I would go with him there, he is that good!
