Best Home Service in Phoenix AZ

I consider Simple Electric my own personal electrician. I have used them multiple times during my home remodel. They installed new ceiling fans and were very creative in the installation to provide what I needed at the best cost. They put in new outlets for my stove and dishwasher (which were previously hot wired). They came back and fixed outlets that I replaced - obviously not very well. Although, I did replace over 20 outlets in the home and there were only a few that I didn't get quite right or wouldn't touch because there was complicated wiring behind them. They are booked out at least two weeks but everyone is very busy right now, so it just requires planning on your end. However, when scheduled they arrive on time and are very friendly (and dog friendly as well). Great company.

Go somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

They never respond to any inquiries. Their sales team is very responsive and persistent at first, but once that contract is signed it takes forever to hear from them. Every step of the way you will need to call and make sure they are doing what is needed. No communication. No support. No plan. You are basically running your own project at this point.

Luckily I was home at the time of install for my solar panels, because if I wasn't there was going to be some cheap off-brand panels installed on my roof without a single word from this place. They tried to do a bait and switch on me - right in front of me. So take caution. I caught them in the act and had them switch them out. I signed a contract for a particular brand that the sales team was promoting and they seriously tried to put cheaper, less quality panels on my roof. How would I have known? How would any T&K customer know at this point.

They took nearly 70 days to get my solar operational after installation. They failed the inspection on 3 separate occasions. Everytime I would inquire about it this is what I would get:

1. It's only going to be another week or 2
2. the ball is in APS' court, it's out of our control

Both are false. APS was on time, they were early. T&K failed to meet every deadline or promise.

On top of all of that - I had to pay my loan while my system was not even running. Which is pointless. Paying for inactive equipment? Maybe in T&K's asinine world this makes sense. T&K promised me a reimbursement check, but that has not been seen but the ops team said they would get it in the mail today, that was a week ago after multiple weeks of asking.

Bottom line - they chase the money and don't give a damn about the customer. Now I am locked in this with them for the next 20 years, which is not thrilling to say the least.

Get it together...

Star light did a great job in repair of my underground pool pump wiring. Highly recommend them! I wont hesitate using them again in the future. Thanks!

I'll add to the list of 5 star reviews. We had Richard come out to give us a quote to install an EV charger outlet. He was extremely knowledgable and passionate about his job, and I learned a lot from him! He gave me a quote, and I accepted a little later. He then gave me a call right away and fit me in for the outlet install same day! That's good stuff.

I'd recommend Richard and Mr. Electric to anyone. They do quality work, which is exactly what you want for the electrical of your house.

THIRD UPDATE. The team from TAB Electric just completed 5 more projects for our household. I am starting to believe there is no job too complex for the TAB Electric Team.

Tom and his team are the finest electricians I have ever worked with. Caring, Consultative, Experienced, Kind and Professional are just a few words to describe our experience with TAB Electric.

SECOND UPDATE. Our home required an additional need for a professional, licensed electrician due to a new equipment purchase. As hard as the vendor tried to scare us into using their electrician, I kindly and repeatedly passed on their scare tactics and called the ONLY electrician that any homeowner should use, TAB Electric.

TAB Electric provided me with a timely and fair quotation for my service needs. Their communication was spot on and pro active. Their work IMPECCABLE (Thank you Eric and Team). I have walked to the side of my house just to admire their work since being completed its that good. Each time I find something I missed with their attention detail.

Their work is meticulous, clean and per NEC Code. They are experts and live by the Golden Rule, treat others how you would want to treated. I cannot say enough good things about TAB Electric. I highly encourage any anxiety filled, perfectionist like myself or any rational person to call Tom and his company. He takes great pride in providing a high level service and professional services.

As a 15 year homeowner, I have had the opportunity to utilize a lot of different contractor services for my residence. TAB Electric exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If you are in a hurry, stop reading and call them immediately for help. They provided the most professional and wonderful experience I could have hoped and then some!

My initial call was on a Saturday afternoon, expecting a voice mail, I actually spoke with a live human. Mary was professional and very helpful. She scheduled an appointment and thanked me for my business. Fast forward to today. For the first time in 15 years I had a contractor show up early! 45 minutes early. I was so thankful and astounded. They had me at hello its Kevin your electrician. I am early but I wanted to let you know I am outside. Please take your time and come out when you are ready.

Kevin and I walked the job setting the expectations of the project. He then stated Tom the owner was working the project with him today. The team was great. Tom is very respectful, kind and absolutely has your best interest in mind. Kevin is knowledgeable, polite and will to go the extra mile to make sure the work is done correctly and conforms with NEC code.The work was completed exactly as the expectation, the team was neat, timely and completed per code. They are truly experts at what they do.

The work was done in mid January.
We were having an issue with a new dryer we had bought. AZ Electrical Solutions fit us in within a day or two and did a great job. Their electrician was prompt and early at 7am. Found out that our dryer outlet was never installed into our breaker but he took care of it.
Definitely worth the price and would recommend to others.

I give TIO my highest recommendation. Pedro and Junior provided the expertise needed and accomplished our lighting renovation at a fair price. Project included installation of multiple pendants and overhead lights in 18-foot ceilings, installation of outdoor porch lights, outdoor ceiling fan, multiple indoor ceiling fans and repair of nonworking fixtures. The project was booked and finished within a very short time frame. Pedro and Junior arrived promptly on the scheduled days for the estimate session and the two days of work. They were professional, friendly and accomplished a huge amount of work over a total of two days. They stayed within estimated cost and delivered the work on time. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

I was very impressed with Derek and Waymon on how fast, professional and the quality of work they both performed. They explained the work and performed all of the work in one day which was scheduled for three days. I would definitely call them again if I have any electrical work. Mike the owner was so very helpful and friendly. They took care of the issues very professionally.

These guys deserve your business. I had a short in my underground wiring for my pool and they got it fixed. They were prompt in returning phone calls, showed up exactly when they said they would be here and did a great job. They were courteous and left the job site just as it was when they arrived. Prices were also right on track. I will call them again for any other electrical needs.

John was very responsive when I first contacted him, and he has been even more responsive since then. John is very knowledgeable, honest, punctual, and professional. One of the many things I like about working with him is that he listens to requests, offers suggestions, and adapts and implements them--all with a smile and much-appreciated dialog. His prices are fair and explicit. An excellent electrician who apparently enjoys his work.

Dennis and Joe did a great job diagnosing an electrical problem and then did an excellent repair job! The customer service is awesome! I highly recommend them for any job.

The crews were fantastic: sharp, efficient, professional, and on time. Brian (owner) was essential to our planning process and worked with us every step of the way on our complete remodel. We had a tree fall down and knock out the power to 2 of our apartment units. What could have been a highly stressful situation turned out to be quite benign thanks to the Jeff and Phoenix Contracting. Jeff was incredibly responsive and communicated the status of the project regularly. We will use them again if we have any electrical or other contracting needs.

Barone electrical is an excellent company employees are very professional very knowledgeable and friendly I use them as often as I can they have done a lot of electrical work on my house and also on a few of my rentals it's hard getting somebody to come up to Black Canyon City and work, but they have no problems I would highly recommend this company for any and all electrical needs you won't regret it

Coppertown Electric is awesome!! What I thought was an air conditioning problem ended up being an electrical issue. Two other companies ended up being a nightmare (not to mention a waste of time & money) before Jerry, Garrett, & Coppertown Electric saved the day (and the summer!) We hired an AC company because we thought we had an AC issue, but they referred us to their electrician. Well, their electrician couldn't fix it and neither could their friend's electrician company. Frustrated, we decided to look online where we found Coppertown Electric based off of Google reviews and the fact they are a small, local non-corporate business. Coppertown Electric lived up to their 5 star reviews with professionalism, politeness, fair prices, and excellent customer service! Amanda was super-friendly, answered the phone right away, and she prioritized our electrical issue to being able to have electricians knocking on our door within an hour. Jerry and Garrett were both super-friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. Being without AC in Arizona is like a fish without water, we cannot live without it, especially with a 4-month-old baby! Thankfully, Coppertown came and saved the day by fixing our electrical issue that the other two companies couldn't figure out! Jerry is fluent in Spanish and after he fixed our AC actually helped my neighbor who was having some car issues. It was also nice that Jerry is a veteran and he conversed with my father who is a vet that doesn't talk to anyone other than veterans. Coppertown Electric is whom I refer to those who I care about that need electricity! My only regret is not finding them sooner!

They installed a new electrical panel and new breakers. A couple of months ago. One of the breakers went bad and they replaced it quickly. They seemed to understand my concern for my kids not having ac.

Water heater wires melted & they came out same day to get those repaired so that the water heater could be used & then scheduled a time to come out to upgrade the original style pluming going into the water heater, showed up on time & worked efficiently. Excellent communication, comfortable having in my home, & we will be using again.

AJ has helped with several projects in my house. He always provides good prices and quality work.

James, the Coltech electrician, arrived when he said he would, and completed the several tasks very satisfactorily. He installed two ceiling fans and a set of lights over my bathroom vanity area. He was very professional and focused on the tasks at hand. He was very pleasant and personable in his demeanor. Daryl was very knowledgeable and thorough. He uncovered things that should have been fixed earlier. He also gave me assistance with my toilet and shower drain and informed me in ways I can keep them from getting clogged. He was professional and courteous the whole time.
