Miguel is the absolute best. He's so efficient and on top of his profession. After my husband passed I had to call the office to get things switched to my name and the office folks were exceptional and understanding as well. Miguel makes sure to ask how I'm doing every time he comes as well. I can not say enough good things about him and this Orkin. Prices are very reasonable as well. Call them, you will not regret it!

After a terrible termite problem and subsequent extermination, I have continue with the yearly inspections. I have found Orkin, and the inspector who services my home, to be exceptional! Jon is always professional and thorough. He is very pleasant and always provides helpful information and tips on how best to handle any issues that may exist. I am incredibly appreciative for their fine tuned expertise!

Orkin was amazing. Shout out to my expert John Bingham. He did a great job not only walking me through the process and explaining how the infestation happens and progress, but he took care to find the best route for treatment respecting the interior of the home. On installation he came out to very everything was being done as we discussed as this was an extensive whole home treatment of interior and exterior. The techs were outstanding and the Orkin management team even came out to ensure I was satisfied and understood the benefit of my service. You get what you pay for and after 2 other attempts with low grade competitors, I feel completely confident in my treatment with Orkin and can trust the value or their work and customer service.

Was moving things into our new home and stepped on a cockroach call and there represent took my information and set me up a plan that would be best for me and schedule services for the next day. We’ve been using Orkin for pest control since we moved into our home a few years ago. When we moved in we had scorpion problems and after the initial treatment and with maintenance a few months in between, we’ve been able to keep the scorpions out. Tim O. has been absolutely incredible! Very personable, knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. Orkin is lucky to have him on the team! Since Tim arrived a few months ago our pest probably has dropped drastically.

When the appointment was set they over promised and under delivered yet charged an outrageous price for the work done. They do not hold to the service they say you’re getting. The windows were never sprayed or sealed as explained they would’ve been. They didn’t fill the holes as they said they would. They are access points for unwanted pests. They also set up basically a contract without knowledge and forced us to have it done the very next month and automatically charged my account forcing me into a negative balance. They said we had to give them a 30 day notice on basically a contract I never agreed to. I never gave them permission to save my card and just charge me when they wanted. All around terrible experience and will not use them again nor recommend them.

From the first contact to the final signoff everyone at Orkin was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Even during the treatment at our house an Orkin quality inspector stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t recommend using them enough.

Jason has been wonderful to work with. I tried to take care of our ant problem on our own for a long time, and I was unsuccessful and very stressed about it. Jason came quickly and we set up a plan to tackle the situation while keeping my family comfortable. Jason has always been quick to come out the couple of times I’ve needed him to come out sooner than our scheduled treatment interval, and it’s always been an easy and pleasant experience to work on the scheduling over the phone.

Mario is knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I know I can trust him inside and outside of my home. I'm grateful for Orkin and the awesome guys they have. I haven't seen ants in or out since Orkin took care of them. Thanks so much!

Kenneth is the best tech! I had another tech come out and our pest issue was untouched Kenneth came out and a couple days after the pest issues was practically resolved. He has come out a couple times and is always very professional and gets the job done. He is the only tech I trust with our home.

Our serviceman, Steve, arrived on time & was thorough, professional & pleasant to be around. He exterminated termites that we'd found in
our home. He answered our questions & offered solutions that were realistic. All in all, I am quite happy with the service that ORKIN provided & I plan to continue my service contract with them for another year! I highly recommend ORKIN if you are in need of this type of service for your home.

Since Orkin has been spraying around my house, I have not seen one cockroach, ant, spider anywhere. Without bugs, there are no Scorpions. So it's a win win.

We bought a monthly service. But the roaches were in the kitchen island w sink& dishwasher. Orkin attacked the issue 3 times and the roaches dead and no new babies have been seen since.

Terrible exterminator, couldnt even find the nest. He should retire, hes scamming people. Really bad job, used a weeks worth of poison and didnt exterminate anything. Dollar store ant traps would have done a better job than this guy. The ants were playing chess while the exterminator was playing tic tac toe. This man seriously got out smarted by ants. I do not recommend the orkin services to anyone dealing with ants. I believe Dan was his name don't take his service if possible.

Most of the workers are very lazy. They only take 5 minutes and say they do 30 minutes. The time they sit in there truck and just play on phone does not count as service time. I have not had a great service with them but I did get stuck with a contract so for now I have to keep!!!! Don't use them

They are always so nice and professional when they come do the routine spraying. Also had a situation with weird AZ bugs coming in from outside and we haven’t seen any since.

They all seem to be super family-dog patient as well.
Also, before then, I used to wake up to 5 dead roaches (not counting any alive ones running around at night), After Orkins…. none, nowhere-ever since, even outside. For this, they saved my live!
