I had the flat roof over my covered patio replaced along with the downspouts. Every facet of job was very timely and professionally done. The inspection/quote was able to be scheduled 'next day' through Home Advisor. Glenn came out and spent an hour or so on my roof. Diagnosed my leak problem and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. He explained to me that a scheduler would be in contact within 2 days and that they would provide me with a two week window sometime within the next 6 weeks (weather and crew availability dependent) to get the work done. The scheduler called the next day and set my two week window about six weeks out. Said a foreman would be in touch a week out from the job to coordinate specific dates and time. Two weeks later Scott, a foreman, called and apologized for short notice but said he had a crew available the next day if I was ready. I was and they came on time and ready to work. They worked in a highly professional manner and kept me appraised of progress and what they were doing continuously. The entire crew was professional and respectful of my property and belongings. They finished the bulk of the work in a day and scott the foreman returned a few days later to complete the final cosmetic touches.

I must say that I was highly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone at Scott Roofing that I interacted with. I strongly recommend Scott Roofing for your roofing needs. You will work hard to find a better, more professional company.

We were referred to Allstate by several of our neighbors. The guys worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. We were very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved in the process. I would give them a 10 out of 10.

Awesome service! Our roof was destroyed during the monsoon season. Not only did Sheldon come out and place a tarp to prevent further damage, he helped battle with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were done properly and wouldn't let them cut corners. The job was done quickly and looks amazing! I would definately recommend TSM Roofing to anyone!

RENCO Roofing came out to do our roof and we've been quite pleased. There were a few hiccups along the way but Devon was amazing to get everything taken care of. He came to the house twice to take a look at something and answered my husband's numerous emails with patience. He was very professional. The guys doing the work were great as well. Working hard throughout the day and breaking only for lunch. Very efficient and hardworking! 10/10, would recommend

Ky-Ko redid my roof a couple years ago and I've had a great experience with them. Have had a couple different employees come out to do inspections since the install, and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been wonderful. Most recently I met Oscar, who was particularly courteous and helpful. He kept me well informed during his visit to my house and is just the kind of guy you would want working on your home. Highly recommend!

Lyons roofing replaced my shingles roof in Peoria on a double wide mobile home, I got 8 bids, Lyons was third on the price from lowest to highest, David was my estimator he was very patient with me because I know I'm very picky and Johnny my PM and Marvin's team did the work. I can say everyone was professional, respectful, and responsive. Roof looks amazing and we got two strong storms back to back in Peoria and roof held up great with no leaks. I was happy to pay a little more and get great work like that. Johnny is an honest rock star, crew forgot to reconnect a roof vent for my water heater and he came back and took care of it on his own two days after I paid the final bill. She and her team were able to help us get a full roof replacement covered by our insurance, did a gorgeous job, and got it done within 3 days. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had, and since it was our first time dealing with a roof replacement you can imagine all the questions we had for them. Amanda was a true pro and such a good person. We are obsessed with our roof!!

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!
