I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. Instead of simply patching up the leak, we were able to take care of a much larger problem with the plumbing. Ernie and David replaced old cast iron pipes with new pipes. It was quite the job digging beneath my house. They were both courteous and professional. Ernie told me he was my “hero” and it turned out he was! The pipes are replaced and Hero Home is a company that will now be my go to for future plumbing needs. Ernie and David are keepers with good work ethics. Thank you for a job well done!

Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bobby was proficient & very knowledgeable when it came to clearing a clog from the bathtub. There is no getting around the fact that he is a hard worker! He was very dedicated to fixing the problem & was professional and friendly throughout the entire situation. I would not only highly recommend Ranger Bobby, but Rooter Ranger entirely! I was concerned my septic tank was near to overflowing. We had never had it pumped out over the 15 years we have had it. I kept putting it off because I thought it would be at least $1000. When I called Septic Technologies, I spoke to Gina. She was awesome. I didn't know how awesome she was until the tech came out. I told her what my concern was (hearing noises in the shower drain when flushing the toilet), she said it was probably time to have my tank pumped (google said that also) and that the filter might be broken. She said it's very rare to have a new tank go without pumping for over 10 years so it was important to not put this off. While making it clear that the cost could not be guaranteed until the tech actually looked at it, based on what I told her, the age of the system, the fact it had never been pumped, it would need to be pumped and have the filter replaced and it would cost me approximately $700. She broke the cost down for me - so much per hour, so much per gallon, filter cost, etc. and, if I paid by credit card what the fee would be.

Of course, the next day, the pipes stopped gurgling and I wondered if I couldn't put this off for a couple more weeks but I decided to trust Gina's worries that the tank could overflow at any moment.

Gilberto was the tech who came out. As for his work, he found the covers, cleared the dirt covering them (and put it back the way it was when he left). When he opened the cover, I could see the stuff? had actually covered part of the filter and was higher in the tank than it should be. Gilberto pumped the tank, cleaned and checked the filter. He said it didn't need to be replaced yet and that would save us $100. He checked the tank and said it was in good condition (no cracks, etc.). He wrote a detailed invoice of his work and suggestions. He suggested we have the tank pumped again in 3-5 years based on our situation and gave us a box of treatment packs but told us Rid-X was fine to use (that's what I had been using and I had a full bottle).

Gina was spot on. She was right in urging me to have this done as soon as possible. She was right about what the problem was. She was exactly right on the cost - experience can not be overstated here. Gina was polite, professional, friendly, experienced, patient and clear in her explanations and in answering my questions. (Turns out she is actually the owner's wife.)

Gilberto was friendly, professional, quick but thorough. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. He did the work that was needed and didn't do what wasn't needed. When I told him I was very pleased and I was glad I hadn't even bothered to look further than google reviews, he told me how much he enjoyed working for his company because they were honest and fair with their customers and their employees. He said he felt valued by them.

I will continue doing business with this company and I will recommend them (and recommend people don't wait to pump their tanks) every chance I get. I trust them completely.

We used Option one plumbing for 8 years and very happy with the service. Although prices increased in the past couple of years it is still reasonable compared to the other companies.They usually send the technician the same day but charge a little more if it is a weekend.

My wife and I asked Bumble Bee to come out and give us an estimate to replace our old water heater. Drew came out and explained our options and what needed to be done and broke down the cost for us.He was very nice, showed patience and answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed the experience, but being a DYI kind of person, I ultimately decided to do the work myself.However, I will definitely keep Bumble Bee Plumbing in mind when I need plumbing services in the future.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
