I recently purchased a new construction home and moved to Arizona. I researched & contacted several pest control companies to begin preventative services. Urban responded right away to my inquiry through an interactive chat online. (Kayla was my chat representative) Within a few minutes, I had a very reasonable quote, description of services, and an appointment a few days later.I received a reminder the day before service & a call a few minutes before arrival. Both notifications allowed me to be sure we were ready for our service call. Jeff D. arrived at my home on-time and spent a few minutes explaining the service I would receive and the guarantee Urban offers. Additionally, he wore a mask and maintained proper safety distancing at all time during his service call. He wore shoe covers while in my home.Jeff was friendly and informative helping me to learn what critters to be concerned with and when to contact them for additional services. He completed the services quickly but not in a rush. Ensuring he did a through job. At the conclusion of his visit he re-educated me on what to expect and when to call. I highly recommend Urban Desert Pest Control to anyone needing services.

Words cannot describe the extraordinary service that Alex provides. Having just moved to the area, we had a single treatment of our house. However we were staying at a nearby temporary rental and saw what we thought we would never have to see - a scorpion. I simply texted Alex for advice - he called immediately and offered to come and deal with the scorpion within the next 15 minutes (again at my rental not even our house). Even with such a new relationship he provided service that I would have never expected - I could not imagine ever using another service and would highly recommend him to everyone!!

I have been with Arizona Organic for over 10 years. My technician, Colton is great to work with. He is very thorough and makes sure to address any concerns I have. I am very sensitive to chemicals and grow food in my backyard so I appreciate that this company uses natural and organic solutions. My 2 year old granddaughter is highly allergic to any kind of bug bite and Colton keeps my home free of scorpions and other insects that could harm her. I highly recommend AZ Organic and Colton.

Brent and his team has an excellent service. I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for termite treatments, termite control, or any pest control service if you are in Phoenix or Scottsdale.
