Tree Pros were amazingly professional and efficient in removing a 50+ foot pine tree from our roof which was felled during a storm. The crew arrived when promised and coordinated among the crane operator, men on the roof and on the ground, using chain saws, a wood chipper, and a truck for the larger branches. The leader took pictures of the holes on the roof for me for the insurance company. The crew cleaned up the debris from our yard and the street and completed the job in about 90 minutes. Outstanding!

Sam and his team did an excellent job trimming a few palms in our front yard, as well as planting some trees in the backyard for some much needed shade. They answered all of my questions and educated me on the maintenance of my new trees. They really know their stuff. Very professional, I highly recommend!

TWP arrived on time, performed all work as specified and agreed, and also offered helpful advice regarding other plants in the yard. We will definitely schedule follow up visits with Rick in the future to keep the yard looking tidy.

My citrus trees weren't looking very good, so I called Liberty and set up an appointment for two days later. Daniel punctually came over and immediately identified a disease for one tree, and gave me advice on how to treat it, since there's enough I can do before an expert needs to do anything. He also noticed that my irrigation lines were far too close to the trunks, causing my other problems. He told me the distance from the irrigation lines should be, and told me the heads were the wrong kind. He also told me my watering cycle wasn't appropriate. He left me with a to-do list which I was easily able to take care of myself, without charging me a cent! He also told me if the disease doesn't improve to give him a call. I'm so happy that I've found an honest tree service and won't hesitate to contact them again. Please, if you need a tree service, call these people!

The crew was outstanding. Arrived on time, in fact early, and did an unbelievable job trimming our tree, which was HUGE. Very fair pricing. and cleaned up everything like they were never here. Even blew out all the leaves from my front yard even though all the job was done in the backyard. I am extremely pleased with the service I got today from Tree Service Peoria. I'm looking ahead to them coming back in the spring to treat some of my other trees.

During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.
