Rick and his team were just here for the first time to fertilize and prune my trees at my new home. I didn’t know much about what work was necessary, so he helped me narrow down what was most important to fit into my budget.

Additionally and unexpectedly, he threw in some fertilization of some struggling trees beyond his estimate. We had a small misunderstanding about the work on one of the palm trees, which he solved immediately.

I appreciated his advice, punctuality and professionalism. He explained a few things about my yard that will help the trees look nice going forward, and also helped me with advice about the watering and timing for my irritation system.

His team cleaned nicely and left the property looking much better than they found it.

This was a good experience overall, and I look forward to seeing how everything looks after the fertilization he completed has a chance to take hold.

Daniel came out to assess our cypress trees that haven’t been doing well. He took time with my husband explaining what we needed to do for them to keep in our Arizona weather. He gave recommendations without anything in return and was honest on what we needed to do. He wasn’t out for money or to suggest services we didn’t need. During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.

The worst landscaping company in The Valley. Unprofessional and very unreliable. I do not recommend this company.
