Michael and his father did an amazing job putting some recessed lighting in our kitchen. It was quality work for a good price. I will definitely use him again for all of our electrical projects.

These guys deserve your business. I had a short in my underground wiring for my pool and they got it fixed. They were prompt in returning phone calls, showed up exactly when they said they would be here and did a great job. They were courteous and left the job site just as it was when they arrived. Prices were also right on track. I will call them again for any other electrical needs.

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! I recently moved to the area from out of state and needed some help getting my washer and dryer installed properly. I wasn't sure who to call and not knowing anyone in the area I didn't have anyone to get a recommendation from. After a simple Google search I found One Shot Installation and Repair and I'm so thankful I called!! I called Gabe on a Sunday morning thinking I would just schedule something for later in the week but to my surprise he told me he could come the same day and within the hour for no extra charge!! I couldn't believe it!! He was able to get the washer and dryer installed and also service my dryer which I had no idea was so important. He was extremely nice and took his time and didn't rush. He also took the time to answer all my questions and did a wonderful job!! Thanks to Gabe everything is up and running properly!! I will definitely use him in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

Foreman can't even pass a journeyman test. No upward mobility. Management is disconnected from employees. Quite possibly the worst place in Phoenix to work.

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

Called Ron a couple weeks back sent a picture of work I was requesting. 220 Volts to a hot tub and 110 volts to to a TV and lights on a recently installed patio cover. Ron proposed Sub panel with breakers and GFI protection to equipment said he could have it installed in a week to 10 days. Price was VERY GOOD so we agreed. Just 3 days later he called to let me know due to weather issues at other sites he could do job the next day. Crew of 3 was out at 8:00 am to look over site and gave me two options for routing and asked which I would like better. They had it trenched custom bent conduit installed site cleaned up and everything working before noon. They specialize in this work and it shows. Definitely give them a call...

Amazing company, they were all very friendly from the phone staff to the plumbers. I worked with Daniel and Landon who were very quick and always communicated well. I would definitely be using their service in the future and would be recommending them.The only bad thing about the entire experience was the restoration company that worked along side them, Copper home builders, if you want your sanity maintained please avoid copper if you need service outside of Penguin plumber. Copper home builders is absolutely **USELESS** they will come out and take you bathroom apart very promptly and then completely ghost you. I recommend reading their real reviews by filtering from lowest to highest and you will be shocked to hear people having the exact same experience of being ghosted and left without a bathroom for months. I work in marketing and can spot fake reviews from a mile away and they have plenty of that. The time they take to make all the fake reviews, they could actually, you know.. do their job.I want to close again by saying Penguin is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I felt confident in the work that they do just from how kind and friendly the staff were and how knowledgeable they were.

Very professional and reasonable! Joel walked us through everything step by step and went above and beyond to fix someone else's sloppy work. Joel was awesome and I highly recommend Arrowhead Electric!

Michael is so RUDE! He works with progress and lied and said he called SRP and they gave him my personal information. I immediately called SRP and spoke to hey Supervisor by the name of Patricia who is wonderful. And she confirmed Michael was not being honest they never told him anything on my account other then there was no voltage going to my home and that I needed a new meter. Michael being a pond for progress tried to say it was my fault I had no electricity which would make sense that I didn’t pay my bill right except for the fact we had electricity on one side of the house and none on the other. I am a single mom of six with no air for 10 days today is day 11 ans 5 with no electricity all the way upstairs. I was frustrated and tired I had to move six kids 4 dogs and 3 cats to a hotel. And my sister came to help me and spoke to Michael who hung up on me wouldn’t allow me to speak and then told my sister Word for Word verbatim “lookie here WOMEN I don’t work for you I work for C & C and for progress “ he was so unprofessional and rude. I asked progress to never ever allow Michael into my home and also he went in my bed room and read my empower box and that’s how he new I was low on electricity which had nothing to do with our power being out because we were under a severe weather warning which SRP would not turn off our electricity even if I didn’t have money on the app.

I would never ever even give one star but to post I had to.

We love Parker and Sons, we're on their loyalty plan and we really appreciate them keeping up on the maintenance on our old home. Always such nice people, scheduling is always so easy and flexible and generally just amazing customer service. Whenever we have a problem with anything too big to DIY, we know just who to call.
