Our technician Zeb was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk through everything he was doing - took pictures and videos of parts that needed service. He also explained Penguin Air and Plumbing’s maintenance plans which we signed up for. We would recommend him and the company and are glad we chose them to keep our home working efficiently.

Amigo plumbing did a wonderful job for me. Nelson showed up on time to give me an estimate and arrived on time to start the plumbing work. After my counter tops were installed, Amigo plumbing installed all of my sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen and in addition installed the garbage disposal, dishwasher and gas stove. They were never in a hurry and took their time to install everything and then took time to check for leaks and to make sure all appliances worked properly. Amigo plumbing was very neat and also did some extra caulking in the kitchen that I ask them to do. You will not be disappointed with Amigo Plumbing.

After a couple not so awesome experiences with other AC guys Travis V showed up and took care of business.

Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! Greatest experience is an understatement. As we all know living in Arizona AC is a must, and we have all experienced our AC going out . Throughout the years I have called my fair amount of AC repair people. Always told many things that I require which I end up doing only for the same result for my AC to break once again a month later or even shortly after. When I had a leak below my upstairs shower, I was able to get a same day appointment with technician Dave Mounts. He was very professional and friendly. He even inspected all of the connections in my house and cleaned up the work area. He did such a great job that I had him come back to replace an old toilet. I would highly recommend him and Parker and Sons to anyone.

This was the second estimate I was getting. Ken Bishop was very professional and not pushy like the competitor. I was given options with corresponding price ranges. Valentino the installer was very polite and professional and cleaned up after the install. So happy to do business with you. The other guys pointed out problems and tried to sell me a high price unit with no other options. George Brazil offered options and solutions and we're not pushing the highest priced unit. And I need to stress again...the professionalism of these 2 representatives was so appreciated.

I decided to have my AC checked since I will be needing it soon. Matt D. came today at the scheduled time. Promptness is important. He is very polite, seemed to know what to look for, took photos of the unit on the roof so I could see the situation and suggest how I could proceed. All good.

Eric has done all of my air conditioning repairs and new installations on my own home and also 4 rentals for the last ten years or more. He always knows exactly what he is doing and always charges a reasonable price. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the guy. I have recommended him to many people including my mother and everyone I have sent his way has always been very happy

My A/C unit was having a lot of difficulty keeping up with the summer heat and something seemed off. I had Green ID come in and do an energy audit which revealed poor insulation in my roof and leaky duct work attached to my A/C unit. They came back a couple of weeks later and replaced all the duct work and added spray-in insulation and the difference is night and day. Where my A/C wouldn't be able to cool the house to a temperature of less than 84 degrees in the middle of the day to comfortably holding at 79 all day long. Very glad I contacted them.

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.
