Best Commercial/ Residential in Phoenix AZ

After an initial inspection, Bill recommended that I not treat for subterranean termites at that time due to the boric acid that I had been using would not react well with their treatment. The critters kept coming returning after a few months, so I had them treat my home. So far so good -- no problems with termites any more. This company is an honest business. They spent a lot of time answering my questions and concerns, and they cleaned up after their work too. It's hard to put a price on peace of mind.

Extremely unprofessional!! Very unorganized office and staff. I used their service twice. Both times paying with the man who came to spray my house. Both times the office called me after and said I never payed. They asked me to even send a picture of my bank account! The first time, I gave in and sent it thinking it was a fluke. However on their next service, the EXACT SAME THING. I’ve talked to their office staff multiple times and never know what’s going on.How unprofessional and disappointing. Will never use their service again and do not recommend!!

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. I have been a customer for years with Burns Pest. Positive two star review, since we have started there service we haven't had any bug problems. Negative three stars are for the many changes in office standards over the years, it fell like my business has not been valued but diminished in service seems the norm.The last straw is in March as apart of my bi-monthly bug control agent came in and treated every exterior window and entrance as apart of the documented treatment on my property. Later that day I happen to come across an area, plain as day, filled with rat droppings next to a window. I cleaned up the area and have been since working to eradicate these varmints. This month I expressed my displeasure that I wasn't informed of this issue. He treated the property as usual and informed me that the droppings were old. Funny the droppings were not there the day before. Old in like 24 hours? Offered, at a cost, a trap. Too late, bub! Looking for different pest control company. Another down point is that we have termite control through this company. Every year we re-up, every year they cash the check and no renewal service on the property. Crud, we have invested all that money to get ignored again too. This customer is looking elsewhere for better treatment and service.

This was our first monthly service and it was awesome! Our technician was early and so kind, he explained what he was going to start on and explained the process and what to look for. Looking forward to working with Insectek going forward!

Justin is awesome! He is always courteous and always asks if there are any questions or problem areas. He responds quickly if I text him with concerns. He is keeping us bug free!

I really would give no stars if I could. There was a termite treatment done at the very end of October on my home and here we are a month later and there are termite tubes (active) coming from my ceiling in my room. I then call because this is ridiculous that it would be less than 30 days and there are multiple tubes in my home! I spoke with other companies as well and they agree this SHOULD NOT happen. Then when trying to get someone back out here they are telling me it's going to be two weeks! I shouldn't have to wait when this shouldn't be happening in the first place. It's horrible when the job isn't done the first time. Clearly this was a poor job done. Then I was told by a second person at this company when I called a second time they could not come out for 90 days since my home was treated which she said would be February and then she changed it to January. But the previous employee told me mid December, So unfortunately there is quite a bit of inadequacy coming from this company. Please do not use them. Take your money elsewhere.

It was time for my annual inspection Chris S did a fantastic and very thorough job. He also made me aware of new products available for parameter control.

I had Fromms Pest Control come out to Cave Creek and their response time was very fast. They were also very professional and did a thorough job spraying my yard while paying a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend Fromms Pest Control.

I was very pleased. They are very informative, helpful, and customer service oriented. After having the scorpion spray, my issue went away just as they said. I was having scorpions all across my yard and some inside the house. After having Watts take care of my pest control needs, the scorpions have been nonexistent. Great work and very nice company!! The technician has been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I couldn't ask for anything more. Glad I choose Watts and highly recommended.
