Terrible company. I have a home warranty, the warranty company dispatched Amigo Plumbing to my broken water heater. When he showed up, he spoke very bad English. He looked at the water heater and said it needed a valve. He said the water heater was too old and parts where not available. I knew that was incorrect because the water heater was only 3 years old. He called me and said that I needed a new water heater. Insurance would not over it. I called the home warranty company and they sent out a good company. Witch diagnosed my water heater with a different defective part. They got the part and repaired my water heater the same day. This company is very un professional. Very rude. Horrible service. Do not use these people. It doesn't matter how desperate you are. Do not use these people. They suck really bad.

This is an Update!
After 2 weeks of going back and fourth with these people. The parts finally showed up and 2 days later they sent someone out to install them. The tech they sent out was nice and professional and got everything sorted out. But let's not forget it did take them 2 weeks to get it done.

They're always very professional and knowledgeable. The problem either gets fixed, or they order the correct parts and come out for installation when the parts arrive. We have a complicated air handling system but they keep it going!

Very quick response, fast repair, professional, efficient, and competent. AC is running beautifully in less than 40 minutes.

Everyone at 1st Choice Mechanical is extremely professional and courteous. The installation of a complete new HVAC system (2 AC units and 2 furnaces) and whole house duct cleaning for our home went very well. The cost of these services was more than fair. I highly recommend them, and would use them again in the future.

I have used Cactus Mechanical for years and have not one complaint. They are fast to respond and honest to deal with. It's rare to find a vendor these days that you know you can trust implicitly. I refer Cactus any chance I get.

Their work is excellent. Me and my husband were very satisfied with the work done . We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit. So far so good.

I gauge a company many ways, but rarely get the opportunity to see how a company responds to an error. I cannot speak highly enough of the honesty and integrity I encountered using Just Air.

First, my air stopped blowing on a Sunday - wife and kid and pets were facing a 100F day, and my regular company doesn't do service on Sundays. I got a very fast response from Just Air and was lucky to have the closest tech live only a couple of blocks away (who was prompt, polite and helpful)! This made it easy for him to come and go from the house as the diagnosis proceeded.

Turns out my interior coil was completely frozen - a block of ice - which sounds good when it's hot, but not when it blocks your nice frozen air from getting in to the house. After a few hours of thawing, they were finally able to see the problem and got me cleaned up, diagnosed with a likely leak and added refrigerant to address it - and we were left feeling cooler, if not thrilled about a possible expensive leak.

My regular company offered me a courtesy call to come out and check for no charge, and who turns that down? In the few days between, it also climbed up to 115F and the air was really struggling - the differential had fallen to 10F and that doesn't cut it at that temp. After checking it, my other company confirmed Just Air did good work, and could also see how they thought extra refrigerant could be called for, but with some additional time, troubleshooting and the extra high outside temps which gave them more data - that extra was actually making it harder on the compressor. They drained the extra back out, and back to a 21F delta - ah, cold air.

I probably should have called Just Air to come back and fix it at that point - but I already had people on the roof - so I just informed them of the subsequent work and action - but did not contest their bill and planned on paying it in full. This was when they went the extra mile - with proof of the removal of the refrigerant - they only charged me for the work they should've done! Without me asking for it!

Providing good service is the cornerstone of a business, but taking responsibility and making things right when you make a mistake - that's when you see the true character of a person or business. Kudos to everyone I've interacted with at Just Air, I'm sure I'll be using you again.

We have used AZ Perfect Comfort for both cooling and heating issues. They have always been professional and repaired any problems at fair and reasonable prices. No unnecessary parts or service. They have the customer in mind.

It was an outstanding experience. The experiences (3 visits) I had last year were not good. I wanted to call another company to look at my AC. But, my husband said let's stick with the company that installed it. I'm glad I did! The experience was totally different. It's been three days since the repair was made. Stuart came out for a very thorough HVAC inspection and evaluation. He showed up on time and did an A-->Z Inspection of my complete system pointing out with photos the issues I have. At the end he advised me of what his company had to offer and for how much should I chose to do the repairs, or complete system replacement. Thank you Stuart and Ace Home Services.
