I want to express how pleased I was to have Eddie Cortez as the supervisor in the replacement of my roof.
He and his staff were very thorough, competent, and diligent in there job. Eddie Cortez came everyday to monitor the project and answered my questions and returned my calls which was greatly appreciated. He kept me updated on the progress of the roof which was very reassuring. Thank you again.

I can't say enough about Phoenix Roofing and Repair! We had brought in another company in the summer after a roof leak. When the first company completed the job, the roof leaked even more. After fighting with them for over a month, I brought out Phoenix Roofing for a second opinion. Jesse spent two hours on the roof taking tiles apart and locating the issues. He came down with many pictures and solutions. Phoenix Roofing is very reasonable and did an amazing, neat, beautiful job on our roof. There are no more leaks, and I can finally rest easy again!

Brown Roofing just completed a re-roof of our home and did an exceptional job. I did my research, asked friends for recommendations, and eventually got three bids on the job. Craig, of Brown Roofing, did a really nice job of explaining the process and surveying my home to understand the condition of the roof. He also noticed that my 2nd floor patio deck floor had cracks that would have caused water to penetrate and cause damage. None of the other companies I had come out made that observation. So he also gave me a quote on that as well. I like to take my time, and ask questions before I commit. Craig was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions over the following week. Eventually, I chose Brown roofing because I had confidence that the job would get done right. The price was right in the middle of the other two quotes, so very reasonable and fair. His team was very professional and they consistently cleaned up before they left on each day, which was one of our big concerns with a toddler running around.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

I needed to have the flat part of my roof recoated and I have a small section of my roof that has tiles that also needed to be done. I obtained 6 quotes. I chose Patterson, who was not the least expensive nor the highest, however, the owner, William Patterson, was very knowledgeable, took pictures as well as getting on the roof with me to explain problem areas and how they would address them to repair before the recoat. The team for both the tile section and the flat recoat showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They took precaution to avoid overspray and cleaned up nicely after the job. Once the job was complete William Patterson got on the roof with me again to take a look at the repairs and the complete job. It looks great and I feel assured that my roof is all set for the next 5 years when a recoat will be needed. At that time I will hire Patterson Roofing again. Great job!! Thank you William!!!

I called all over to get quotes for a new roof and Multi Pro Roof Solutions gave me a quote that I was very happy with. I called Patrick and he set me up with Hayden. Hayden took care of everything. Hayden was very Professional and friendly. He was on site throughout the day. They striped the roof down to the wood and put everything back together. He even replaced some of the wood that was bad. Clean up was fantastic. When they were done you couldn't even tell they were there other than the new roof that also looked fantastic. As you can tell I was happy with Hayden his crew and Multi Pro Roof Solutions.

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. Vertex Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Our roof was unsightly, oddly designed, poorly sloped, and a maintenance nightmare. Vertex Roofing transformed it entirely with beautiful weathered-copper colored metal that will last (practically) forever. Reimagine replaced the patio roof and then the main roof of our house. They had several managers checking the work throughout the process and checking frequently to see if we had any questions or concerns. They have been very responsive from the beginning and kept us updated on progress. Work was begun a week after the initial deposit was received. Special shoutout to Eric, Chris and Dalton for their professionalism and especially to Christian who went above and beyond to ensure the paint for exposed flashing matched the rest of the house to take care of that final important detail. The crew cleaned up the driveway every day, which was much appreciated. We are happy to support a veteran-owned business as well!
