I had a great experience with Diamondback Plumbing. They were timely and professional. The City of Phoenix inspector was a joke, but Diamondback was great.

Please note, I have waited about a month since the service, just to make sure the review was not driven by emotions. Initially I was really impressed -- sure they charged me $40 to come out and give an estimate, but felt like they understood the job. Many things were done right. A couple of things were not -- resulting in me (the homeowner) having to break apart the newly set concrete to compensate for an incorrectly installed shower drain. Then, after the tile guy pointed out that the shower valve protruded too far, I had to rip apart the drywall and reset the unit. Ironically, this was the first time I ever hired a plumber (usually do these things myself), but life was busy and I did not have time for this. For the record, I did contact Moon Valley when the issue involving the drywall was noticed and a guy named George seemed mildly interested, but this was not an "emergency" so there was nothing he could do. This was frustrating, but where it got worse was when their customer service person, Sharon M., called me/sent emails, there was no apparent sense of apology, just a great deal of defensiveness. Sure, my tile project would have been put on hold for who knows how long if I did not fix the problems -- but when I reported it, it was not an "emergency" so she did not see what the big deal was about. She stated that I did not give them a chance to fix it -- which is not true -- I contacted them immediately and spoke to George. I think what she meant is that I should have been willing to wait for days for them to get around to stopping by. For the record, no discount was ever offered for my hassles. Ironically, I liked the plumber and despite the issues, that was not was bothered me...we all make mistakes. It was the way Sharon, on behalf of Moon Valley, handled the situation that left me never wanting to do business with Moon Valley again. Their prices are higher than an independent plumber (my experience) -- apparently what you are paying for is "the service".

Jim arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, discovered what the problem was quickly (a "mystery" leak in the bathroom) and explained exactly what needed to be done. He went the extra mile and fixed a door latch that wasn't closing properly as a courtesy. I am very pleased with Accent's services and will call them next time I need a plumber.

I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

We used Custom plumbing of Arizona to upgrade our plumbing in our bathrooms. They were awesome and provided excellent results. Johnny and his assistants were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything clean when they left. Johnny made suggestions for our bathroom remodel that I hadn't thought of and I used! We would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Quick scheduling, fair pricing, professional job replacing a pressure regulator. I would use them again!

Franz came and did the rough in plumbing to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower for a reasonable price with quality work. I also hired Aussie Plumbing back in Dec when they changed my shut off valves and box for my washer.



Update: We finally finished the shower and everything works and looks great.

Everything went very smooth, all the way from the phone call to schedule the service to the technician coming to the home and resolving my issue. I will recommend and use Deer Valley Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and in a house as old as mine, there are sure to be more calls.

Overall, the end result was very good. However, the process was not what I had expected.

I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathtub drain (the only shower in my house) that leaked through the floor/ceiling to the downstairs dining room. I called Option One around 4:30PM and asked for a fix ASAP. I was surprised to get a time frame of between 6:00-8:00PM. When no one had arrived or called by 8:15PM, I called back to see what the ETA was, and I was given a new time frame of 9:30-10:30PM. I politely asked to just reschedule for the next day between 5:00-7:00PM. The next day the Technician, Andrew, called to let me know he had been a little delayed but would be to my house by 8:00PM. When he arrived with his associate, They gave me a quote of $125 to cut open the wall to see where the leak is occurring. They quickly diagnosed the leak and gave me a rundown of how they would need to go about fixing it along with a quote of $115 to make the actual repairs. The only problem was they didn't have the parts to do it that night. We scheduled for the next day at 2:00PM to fix it. I received a call the next day letting me know that they were again running behind but would arrive around 4:00PM. After arriving at the door, Andrew notified me that he forgot one part and had to make another run to the plumbing supply store. About 30 minutes later he was back and had my leak repaired within an hour. I was given my final bill with the costs for the diagnosis, parts, and labor exactly as quoted. I was given an invoice with a breakdown of what was done and how much it cost to fix. And I was pleased to find that there was even a 60 day warranty included.

Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable and, when having the right parts, was able to get the job done quickly. The only problem I had were with the time windows for when to expect someone. With a minor change in philosophy by not over promising, I would have been completely satisfied with my experience. Instead, I am left somewhat satisfied with the experience but pleased with the end result.

On 11/25/20, Arizona Plumbing Services (a/k/a Valleywide) was prompt to its appointment, worked quickly, did a good job, and was cheerful and courteous. And the job was reasonably priced! Highly recommended.

Called in morning and showed up within the hour. Very quick service and had everything finished quickly. Would recommend calling them for your plumbing needs.

Very timely service even on Sunday. Called and Andrew showed up and gave me options to fix my problem. I let him know I had to discuss with my wife and called on Tuesday and he came back that day and fixes my problem. Andrew besides being an excellent plumber is a very likeable and professional.
