We had some unexpected bedbugs in our home we called and they were the only company that came out the same day. Caleb was very informative and extremely thorough. He could’ve easily of charged us Whatever he wanted but he told us that it was a extremely small situation that could be handled in a very tactical manner. Which he executed on perfectly and we no longer have an issue. I’m very grateful for the prompt and professional service.

We have a cabin up in Prescott, and Azex comes out quarterly. They are awesome. Jared our service guy is fantastic. He is patient, helpful, educational, and goes above and beyond to help out. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I did the bargain packing from AZEX pest control and was very PLEASED! Great deal and Caleb (pest inspector) came out two weeks later and checked my whole house with their k-9. Once again very pleased with his professionalism and the dogs behavior. Having bed bugs is a nightmare but this company gave me piece of mind. Would HIGHLY recommend!

The technician under estimated the problem. So after his treatment I still had live bedbugs running around. He said he was going to come back with the dog and never did. And when I called the corporate center to see when I was getting the follow up, they said I never paid for the dog. So there was some miscommunication with that whole thing. It was only after I contacted the corporate center that the agent was trying to contact me and wanted something. I feel I paid a lot of money and I still have the problem and I really don’t want to talk to these people anymore.
But they have taken the initiative and explain the situation. And came back to my house with one of the best employees and worked on my house until they finally alleviated the problem. I am so impressed with their follow through. I never thought anybody reads Those reviews. I am glad they take those review seriously. I appreciate Caleb and all his hard work and the follow-through of this company.

I have been using AZEX Pest Solutions for multiple sites around the valley. They are always prompt and professional when handling our extermination needs. Dorie is always on top of any concerns that arise and Caleb interacts with our staff to ease any pest concerns that they have. He has even provided education to staff concerning different types of pests and best practices for avoiding pest issues. Tonight is the first night in a week that I will be able to sleep peacefully thanks to Dorie and Caleb at AZEX Pest Solutions! I called so many different pest control places to get rid of the cricket that had been chirping every single night this week. My prayers were answered when I spoke with Dorie - she felt my pain, and then Caleb arrived and that mofo cricket came crawling out covered with white dust. Boom. Done. Azex saved my wife and I from a horrible infestation of bedbugs. Most importantly, because of their methods and expertise they saved us from a RE-infestation of bed bugs (a VERY common problem). I called 8 different companies, got 3 home inspections and 5 different quotes before I chose Azex. No ones prices compared.

Dean Jenny, the Azex inspector, was by far the most thorough, patient, kind and helpful of the 3 inspectors who came to my home. I highly recommend him, his company, and the combination of heat treatment and chemical spray for bed bugs. We are 9 weeks out so far and have not seen anymore.

I rarely write a review, but Azex Pest Solutions did such an amazing job at getting rid of a bad bed bug infestation in an investment property that I purchased recently, so I wanted to share my experience and give them a great recommendation. My local pest control company discovered the bed bug problem and recommended Azex as they specialize in bed bugs. There were also cockroaches, and their heat treatment killed them all. Ron put me at ease immediately on the phone and I could tell that he had the confidence and expertise to guarantee a good outcome for me. Everything that they said they would do they did. I was still concerned a bit because the infestation was so bad, so Ron sent a bug-sniffingdog out a few weeks later and the house was clean. I was relieved and would urge anyone who has the unfortunate experience of having bed bugs to call Azex and use their proven, guaranteed pest control methods. They were top notch all the way from the first call to the treatment to the follow up and I give them a 5-star rating since there is no 6.

So far so good , they don't tell u much when u spend 800 dollars on rental of machines , especially those machines will fry your wires in a move home if u don't watch them carefully there's only 100 amp service not 200 amp .so the draw is unreal......143 degrees hot hot

I could not be happier with this company! My home was infested with scorpions. I tried 3 companies who all claimed they could get rid of the problem. They sprayed, they used a black light and picked the scorpions off the wall and even put dust into my wall sockets. Needless to say, I still had scorpions climbing my walls. Yes, the number of scorpions decreased a bit but with my children, 1 scorpion a week is still too many. Out of frustration and desperation, a friend told me to call Azex. Some of the best advice he has ever given me. Azex used heat to kill the scorpions living in between my walls. They then used a camera to see where the heat was escaping my home and sealed these areas up. They sprayed the entire property and have been spraying monthly. It's been 3 months and we have yet to find a scorpion. Fingers crossed but I believe Azex has done their job. We went from 2 to 3 scorpions a week to 1 a week and now to zero in 3 months. My family loves Azex and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
