Mike and Eric have been so helpful! It's been over a year that weve had the quarterly service and we have zero complaints! They treated problem areas in our yard quickly, they're communicative, thorough, and friendly. Would recommend!

Eric, is great. He’s been treating my home for a year now. I let home know what my concerns were and they were addressed. I appreciate the great customer service provided.

Eric comes by my home each time my home is due for a spray. He’s always pleasant, polite and helpful! He gives pointers on how to keep my home pest free! I truly enjoy working with him and glad he is my technician!

I had a door salesman come over 6/8/21 to sell me on my new home build to get pest control done. I did notice some small things here and there and a few spider webs already accumulating outside. The price seemed reasonable as they had a deal going on and their service was 4 times a year.

On 6/9/21 was the service date. I signed up the day before and requested the inside be treated as well. I understand that it was short notice, that I would not be given a time frame, however I called the office and they advised me that my neighbor was to be treated between 2-4 so my home would be before or after that time slot. I went out to buy a few things and was back before 2 however service was apparently already done for me and I did not see him anywhere in our street.

I instantly checked a few places where there was webs previously, they where all still there. I was more than disappointed as the email I received stated that they swept for web.

I called in to cancel my service as I was not pleased. I wanted the inside done and the service was not satisfactory. The account manager was nice and offered to send someone out there to finish the job even if I canceled however I declined as I will be taking care of it myself or hiring someone else to do it.

The service was subpar, the customer service was good enough which is why they get 2 stars.

6/13/21 Edit: I am a little late however I was called on 6/11/21 from some one with the company attempting to come up with a resolution. Again I refused a tech to come back out as I had already cancelled service and have prepared to fix it myself, however the lady was very nice and was willing to work with me. In the end I didn't want anything else done from the company but I am changing my review to 3 stars as they do attempt to make things right.

Eric is the best technician! Has been our technician ever since we moved in our new house and has been super genuine! Give him a raise ? and he loves dogs!

This company is terrible! Every time they had to come back and spray a second time. They could not keep the spiders or ants under control. When we cancelled their services, they turned around and pushed two additional charges on our account. Now they are refusing to reverse the fees. Do not use this company!! They do not provide good service and the have dishonest business practices!

Eric is always courteous, professional, personable and polite. He always explains any issues and what needs to be done to fix those issues.

Eric and Mike were fantastic and thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt secure with their explanations of what they had done and how those actions work to ensure safety from some of the dangerous pests found (scorpion and two black widows).

Mike and Eric are super great guys and professional always checking up on us even when it’s not our time! Highly Recommend

My experience here with everyone involved was great. I especially had a great experience with Juan Godinez. Not only was he polite, he was very professional. They do excellent work and show a great deal of professionalism. I highly recommend.

Juan knocked on my door and was straightforward about the service and pricing, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with, and clearly has been doing his job for a long time. As promised, the techs (Eric and Jared) came the next day and treated the inside and outside of my home. They were also very knowledgeable and the service was great. So far, my experience with the company had been all positive. We’ll see in the next few weeks/months, but I trust that they did a good job.

They are an excellent company to use. Eric and mike have done a wonderful and thorough job for the last year of treating my home and making sure my babies are safe from pests.

Jared and Joe were very professional and caring. I will use their service if I need them.

Eric has been our tech both times we have been serviced and he is fabulous. Very friendly and courteous as well as throughout and knowledgeable about his work. I hope he is always our technician.

Caleb was awesome! He has great customer service skills and definitely found the need. He was very personable and talked about the value of Rove. I'm a renter and he offered me a good renter's option. Highly recommend Rove and I'm glad they have good employees like Caleb.

The technician is very personable, is always professional in appearance and conduct. He is engaging to actively listen to our needs or concerns to provide or recommend additional offered services to protect is and our home. The offer a service I was unaware of where they exterminate inside the walls of your home. No not inside your home but inside the walls themselves where creepy crawling, flying things can nest (yuck)!!

Extremely affordable for all the services offered and the technician is always on-time or reaches out informing of any delays in arrival time.

I definitely like ROVE so far, from my first interaction with Caleb all the way to my first service with technician Erik. Caleb was super friendly and informative and honest . I don't like being lied to when it comes to fees and I definitely appreciate him taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Also Erik was very friendly and informative as well . I also think it's awesome that they are both bilingual !

This was my 1st treatment to start quarterly after the initial treatment. Definitely a great deal! I really love their customer service! Very professional and friendly! My technician was Jared A. And he also brought 2 other techs, a lady and a man. Sorry can't remember their names! They all had on masks and did their jobs very well. I watched on my cameras how thorough they were which solidified it for me that I made the right choice! Very happy new customer!

I have nothing but good to say about Rove pest control they have been thorough when they come and spray and explain what they are doing and why which is nice to know. The sprays are pet and kid friendly. They are easy to make appointments and come out quickly. Definitely recommend them! Plus prices are affordable:)

Had this company service our house for a year and they didn't get rid of ticks during that whole time, they supposedly tried different chemicals to get rid of them and never did. We had to rehome our two family dogs due to this, and when I called to cancel the service the person I talked to said we had two more free treatments and I told them to go ahead and do them and we will not be renewing our service. But I guess the guy lied about the free treatments we had left, since they charged me 129.00 for one appointment and the remaining of the quarter eventhough I had specifically called to cancel due to the inability to do their job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

They are always communicative and they do not mind if they need to come back out if activity is still showing a few days after treatment. Everyone I have worked with is very nice and helpful. Great value as well.

Nothing but good experiences with Rove. Very professional, listen to concerns and are willing to change up methods and treatment styles to best benefit your needs! Would recommend to anyone, looking to protect their house or business

Pros: safe choice, responsive call center, good punctual service, Same serviceman every time eases concerns (Eric has been wonderful) and pest sightings have markedly decreased.

Cons: not the most cost effective service. Rove uses chemicals that eliminate pests, not deter pest (When asked about other methods of warding off scorpions they had no other measures to offer than the general use chemical spray)

Overview: Not a bad service at all, but cant say they are top of the line. Every interaction with the company has been a pleasant one, and have answered many questions. recommend some DIY along with their services for best results.

Awesome team of people. Great service so far and today the manager stop by my home just to get an update on how they're doing. I personally appericated that because a face to face is something you don't get often and it shows someone there cares. Side note, he was really nice to my dog as well lol

I so love this company. Their technician Dutcher is awesome. They do an awesome just treating my home for scorpions. Customer service is friendly and polite and they are quick to respond when called. You can't find a better place than this.

Juan did a great job of explaining the process and the services they offer. He took take of my cancellation with my other company and made the whole process simple and quick. Jared, the tech, was communicative and went above and beyond to address my concerns.

Preventative services on a new build, they were walking door to door and were very professional. Explained everything well and were able to schedule us within the week. After the first treatment we could already see bugs outside dead. We haven’t had any issues inside and the value is great. 10/10 would recommend.

Personally I'm not a fan of door to door salesmen, typically very pushy and annoying. Juan was very personable and gave me some insight as I am new to AZ(from east coast). Explained everything very well and got me set up for service. Looking forward to doing business with Rover.

I recently moved into a new build home with lots of construction in the area stirring up pests. Primarily crickets and silver fish, but I also noticed A LOT of big ugly wolf and brown recluse spiders. With a crawling infant and a curious dog, this terrified me. Rove has been excellent and the rep who usually comes out and performs my treatments has gone above and beyond each time. Eric always makes sure we are not seeing any increased activity around the home. He even removed a GIANT spider that set up shop on my patio. I only tend to see more critters a day or two before my treatments are scheduled, which makes sense, and once the treatments are done, they stay away for nearly 3 MONTHS. Great value, great service. I'd recommend to anyone who needs to get their insect problems under control!

What made it a no brainer for me to switch companies is the fact they spray the roof eaves and once a year they open some outlets inside the house to get in the walls and is all a part of the services for what I was already paying. Jaun was the rep I delt with, good dude and by no means pushy. Upfront, very responsive and came through on everything he said, no games.

Signed up with Rove tonight. Juan our representative was great and very genuine. Highly encourage to seek out Rove!

I called about my account because after the initial sign-up and first service I hadn't gotten any communication - nearly 3 months had gone by. Bruce was very helpful in helping me look-up my account (I had no account number or info) and it turns out that the man who signed me up mis-typed my e-mail address. Bruce help me get it straightened out and tested with me on the phone to make sure all we well. He answered all my questions and we are back on track!

Not even remotely happy with this company. Apparently they bought out the company I was using and my MONTHLY bill went from $39 to $79 WITHOUT notice. I called to cancel service, they assured me it was canceled and low and behold it wasn’t as I just got a bill for $79 this month. My bill doubled without notice and after being assured it was canceled, it wasn’t. Use another company.

**I decided to update this review because they 100% fixed it. This shows that some companies still have customer service these days.
