Urban Desert Pest Control is an outstanding Company. Their technician Tony is particularly excellent. We are so happy with their regular pest control services, and almost never see anything alive in our house. We are on a large fenced property, so this company's ability to create an anti-bug border around our home is crucial to keep our family and guests happy!

Made an appointment for this evening for rodent control. Was given a window between 3 to 5 PM. It’s 5 o’clock and no one has showed up. Give them a call and they report there’s been a miscommunication error. No one else is available to come out today. So much for this company… Onto another one!

I called today to get a quote for pest control, not only were they able to come out and spray today they were having a special so I got 50% off my first spray. Eric the technician who came out was incredibly awesome, he explained everything and great detail listened to all my concerns and then address each one individually. I also have small dogs and was concerned about spraying with them around, not only did they use my mind because all of their chemicals are super safe, but he was conscious of where he sprayed based on that fact. Eric even went in my hot attic since it reached 100 today to spray to make sure that we got a comprehensive spray for the first time.I was so impressed I signed up for a yearly service and will have them come out once a month to keep my home bug free. I cannot recommend Eric or Insectek enough. you are looking for a reputable company with awesome employees to take care of your home and keep it free of pests definitely call Insectek.

We use them every two months for regular insect control living in the desert. I see many dead bugs when they leave. They do a good thorough job spraying all the cracks and crevices.

Good price and great service

The tech that has came out for our service is fantastic and really professional. I appreciate his patience and understanding with what our needs are. With 4 kiddos and a puppy in a new house with a lot of little critters it gave us peace of mind. We had a little hiccup today and I really appreciated Envision getting it quickly squared away. Stuff happens and correcting it means a lot!
