Being in Las Vegas, its extremely hard to find an amazing, intelligent, liable company that will actually do the work they say. Burns has never left a doubt in my mind. They have pleased all our residents at the community which is the most important and of course our employees couldn't be any happier. My wife text me a picture of a 2.5 inch roach in the kitchen sink and I lost my mind. Started calling for same day service but no one available. I talked with Spain and he told me to give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do for me. As promised 30 minutes later he called me back and said that they would get me in today. Unfortunately my wife at home was also calling and scheduled an appointment before I could. Although I won’t be using them this time I know who I will be calling the next time. Customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Spain for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of me. You will be my first and only call next time.

Chad arrived for my appointment and explained everything he was doing, what chemicals were involved, and any possible issues with the any areas. The guy is nice but he's not personable. He's seems too serious about getting in and getting out.
I'm concerned that all the pertinent areas are not getting the proper attention needed to eliminate pests.
