Urban Desert Pest Control provides excellent customer service at a great value. We had Chad, Danny and Bob visit our location, all three were excellent representatives for Urban Desert Pest Control. You can't go wrong.

I am very upset to start off I was charged even tho I canceled service but they reimbursed me the money and lowered the price .Today they were supposed to come from 10-12 and came 2 and a half hours late when we already left and the pest problem is still here and hasn’t been resolved they only sprayed several areas and didn’t seem concerned where the problem was coming from

Fred did a thorough job checking bait stations and was pleasant and polite.

My father has had a yearly termite inspection policy for years with this company that he continues to pay. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DECLINED TO A POINT OF NO RETURN. Staff is friendly but seemingly cannot do anything except apologize that phone calls are not returned--and take YET ANOTHER MESSAGE. (that will never be returned) IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT WILL RESPOND THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

Chris is the absolute best! And whatever spray they use has bees dropping mid-flight on my patio. I’ve been so disappointed with previous pest control companies but I hope to have Chris forever!!

Been with Envision for a year now. From the beginning Josh was very helpful getting service started at our home. Tyler our tech is amazing. He’s always communicating with a text when he will be arriving and let’s us know when he is finish too. He listens to any concerns we are having and addresses them. He takes his time and goes above and beyond. If we ever have any issues Becky is always helpful to get a tech out immediately to fix our pest issues. I highly recommend Envision!

My guy is always really professional and friendly to boot. He’s always on time and does a great job!!!

Was getting decent service for a few months. Asked them to come back out for a respray due to finding a scorpion in the bedroom closet and payed extra for the scorpion spray.

The technician that was scheduled... Not very friendly and no customer service skills.

Off to find another pest control company.

Aptive always Gives ample notifications of when they are coming.. the workers are very friendly and professional coming onto your property and into your home.. I have had great luck with the. And insects and critters are at a minimum! I highly recommend!

Ben is the best at what he does. Honest, detailed and prompt. We have scorpions in my area and he has been able to totally control them for 2 years now.
