Best Repairs in Phoenix AZ

Recently had Scott Roofing come out and look at a hole in my roof. Jeff gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions and he gave me his card, told me to call anytime if I needed. I also got the total cost and exactly what work would cover and about when the work would start. Very polite and knowledgeable.

From personable, straightforward and honest discussions regarding insurance and repairs; to prompt, complete and careful workmanship - you will be hard pressed to find a vendor who will outperform there guys!! The wind storm of October 2022 did some pretty good damage to the shingles on the north side of my roof. I called TSM Roofing, by chance, as they were close to where I live. Sheldon came out, inspected my roof, explained what I could expect if he handled the repair job. I had confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He explained the process and provided many details that I had not considered when needing to deal with an insurance claim. Thru the next 5 months, Sheldon handled everything with the insurance company, including providing more information to support his position that the roof needed to be replaced, not just repaired. 2 weeks ago, (it took around 5 months), I had my roof completely replaced, fully covered by my insurance. I am 100% certain that if I had tried to do it myself or if I used a door knocker, I would not have had the same result. I highly recommend TSM Roofing, a local, family owned and operated roofing company. Thank you TSM Roofing for your help. I couldn't be happier with the service & results.

Craig and his team did a fantastic job on my house. The roof looks great and they were very accommodating. They did the little extra things that some companies may have skipped, like touching up paint jobs around the roof and doing a great job with the pickup afterward. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ky-Ko repaired our flat top roof decking in Arizona. They sprayed foam to seal the cracks. They were very professional and clean. All cracks are sealed. We will use Ky-Ko in the future if needed.

We have a flat foam roof. After being disappointed with our previous roofing company, we asked for competitive bids to resurface our foam roof last year (2021). We selected Mikku & Sons Roofing to do the work and glad we did. Josh and Devin arrived on time for scheduled appointments and all work was done to our satisfaction.
No leaks, even after above-average rainfall. We recommend Mikku & Sons to all of our friends and neighbors.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

Good job at a fair price. Would hire again.

I would recommend this company for a roofing job. They are a good value and do a great job and the team is very nice and respectful and got the job done in a timely manor. Very please with how it turned out and the whole job went. Would use them again but hope I won't need to for a log while! :-)

Phoenix Roofing replaced my 23 year old roof following a roof leak that resulted in some damage to the interior of my home. Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. Having met with several roofing companies prior to hiring Phoenix Roofing I believe they charged me a fair price and the crew that did the work was professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company and am satisfied with how I was treated as a customer!

The owner Patrick was great to work with! I had a couple of concerns that I had expressed to the job super that he could not address and he directed me to Patrick. I was unsure of how that would go but I sent an email detailing my concerns and heard back in less than an hour. He 100% addressed my concerns and I could not be happier. The true character of a company shows through when there are things outside the norm to deal with (I admit I can be high maintenance) and Patrick and Multi Pro went above and beyond! I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing. I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale. I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state. They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work. This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!

John did a fantastic job with our insurance claim. He met with our adjuster and made sure all of the damages were covered. He explained the steps to us so that we were comfortable and understood the process.
The roof looks great and my property was cleaned thoroughly once the job was completed!
