A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Endless ads online.... to me this is intrusive and indicates they over-spend on customer acquisition, which of course means they're going to be very, very expensive.

Maintenance man Tom worked efficiently and seemed knowledgeable.

Brad and Randy did an excellent job for us. We had four bathroom counter tops/sinks replaced and a shower rebuilt. They cleaned everything when they were finished. We are VERY pleased. We highly recommend the whole Re-Bath staff - Alyssa Jones, Raymond Hernandez, Brad McBee, and Randy. The entire project was well planned and executed.

I was in a tough spot with a roof leak that destroyed my old laminate counter top and a few cabinets. Insurance did not help much and money was tight. Anthony made me realize that now is the time to do it correct. We found the right cabinets and counter tops for a unbelievable price. The service and attention to detail was exceptional!!!

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. A great family run business! Robert worked with us on two rooms, including flooring and drywall work. He was responsive and hard working, communicating regularly and finished the work faster than he originally projected. Of all the contractors we spoke with, his pricing was the fairest and, by far, the quality of work was above and beyond our expectations. We would readily use West Haven Builders again and highly recommend them.

We love our new LTV floor that Trevor installed for us. Our whole house feels updated after getting the worn out carpeting out of there. He did a wonderful job transitioning up to our existing tile and he completed the job exactly as promised. We would highly recommend him and will use him again.
