A few weeks ago I would have recommended AZ fire and water to everyone I know. As of today I wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemy. Very poor work done. Workers used my husbands tools and ladder with out asking. They unplugged stuff in my garage so they could plug in there phones and tablets. They didnt match the baseboards nor the casings. They were also installed poorly. Paint didn't match on walls nor ceilings, plus painting looked like it had been done by my 11 year old. I am still waiting on the carpets no call or no show so far today when they were supposed to be here around 7AM. Speaking of carpet, the padding was not installed properly therefore when you walk into the bathroom the edges of the tile slice the bottom of your foot.
The so called manager came out and went to a part of my house where there was absolutely no damage which is right outside of our 18 year old daughters bedroom where she was sleeping to look at the door casing. He did not ask if he could go over there and nor did he have a reason at all to be over there.

I feel sorry for the 2 workers that came out for 4 days to fix the 1st workers disaster. They really did a good job and do not deserve a bad review. They are probably the best of the best at AZ Fire and Water, but if not done shoddy the 1st time they wouldnt have had to come out and basically start over. Unfortunately we are beyond frustrated.

I work in the insurance business and we refer our homeowners all the time when they need restoration. We are taking our referrals elsewhere

I live in South Florida and I needed a part for my old Prochem Truckmount. Greg was recommended by another shop in the Phoenix area, as they did not have the part. I trusted Greg and went on his word as he told me this part was barely or if ever used. My own mechanic here even talked to him and Greg assured him as well that this part was good. I payed $850 including shipping to have this part, it arrived on a pallet, I brought it to my mechanic the same way. My mechanic calls me and tells me this part was extremely used and there are pin holes in the coils! He reached out to Greg right away and told him what happened. Since then Greg has ignored my calls and my mechanics calls, & our texts. I have left numerous messages for him to do the right thing, still no response! Greg is NOT an honest person, doing good work does not account for responding to my concerns and literally being ROBBED out of $850! I would definitely not order any parts from him or do any type of business with him!

Many thanks to Talyon and the folks at Zona! The communication prior to the appointment for set up was excellent. Talyon arrived at the scheduled time and did an amazing job. We needed a drywall patch on the ceiling and you can't even tell anything was done. He was so pleasant and the visit definitely earned the 5 star rating. Would highly recommend. Strong attention to detail which I very much appreciated.

Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.
