Imagine this, 3 am, peacefully sleeping, and suddenly you hear a crash and there's a truck though your brick fence. Not to mention it was almost the weekend so working with insurance and contractors was going to be tough. Thankfully Vega Masonry was able to work with me and fit me in their schedule. ParkPro requested 50% down for our gate project, which we paid promptly weeks prior to the installation. A week later (out of the blue) we received a lien notice from AZ Lien Service representing ParkPro threatening to slander title to our property when we made a good faith down payment and no work had been performed as of yet. We have given notice to ParkPro that under no circumstances are they ever permitted to place anything of record against this property or the company and individuals involved will be held personally accountable. We have worked with countless subcontractors on 14 construction projects and never has one acted in this fashion. ParkPro completed the project as contracted and we have paid ParkPro per the contract. It wasn’t a fun experience and nobody needs to go through this when there are so many other gate companies operating in the Phoenix area. We will run a title check upon completion of the construction project and take the appropriate legal action if it is found they slandered title to the property.

Absolutely horrible service! I had to cancel my order and it took over a month to get final confirmation from someone that it had been handled. Everyone was waiting for someone else to find out and they never called back when they said they would. Then they mailed the refund check to the wrong address and accepted zero responsibility for it and charged me $31 to get a new check sent to me! On top of that, when I went to pick up the check there was a mystery charge for $150 for custom materials and taxes paid. So I was charged for something I didn't receive! Of course, they didn't tell me that when we were on the phone so it was a surprise when I got to their office.

They also asked me to go to the house (with the wrong address) and ask for the check back! REALLY??? You make the mistake and ask me to go to a stranger's house to retrieve it???? I can't even make this stuff up! If I could rank ZERO or LESS I would. Will NEVER use them when we purchase our home and will spend years letting everyone know how they are.
