I had a fantastic exp with Dwayne and team. When I first called they were prompt in getting out to measure and give an estimate. Just had him out to do the install and even though we had one of the toughest patio doors to replace, it was no match for him lol! He worked until the job was completed and to not only my satisfaction but his perfection too! Our slider was off prior to him servicing our door and he went above and beyond to adjust it as well. Top notch service and workmanship. Will for sure use him and his company again for any window needs and will refer him to everyone!

When we moved into our home we knew that there were 3 windows that needed to be replaced. The seals were broken and the screens were a mess.
After meeting at the home show we had Greg from Marvin come out and look at what we wanted to replace. He gave us great advice and good education on the differences in windows. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions! Was patient with all of our decision making as well!!
When installation came I was nervous about how this would work on a stucco house. Kenny, the installer was amazing. He was conscientious of the dust created and protected the house from it. He worked quickly and kept the work space clean. He insulated all around the windows and caulked beautifully. It was truly a very professional job.
The windows are amazing, cool to the touch when it is 112 outside I can feel the difference in my office dramatically. It makes such a huge difference and it is a great feeling knowing they are good quality windows saving my energy costs.
Our experience with Infinity from Marvin by SO Phoenix was great and I highly recommend them and their product.

Better value than other companies I got quotes from. Mickey helped me pick the right windows for my condo. I got six new windows and they really help with keeping the heat out.

One day, the drivers window on my 2012 Tesla model s would not go up. And of course it happens to me during the supply chain hang up. Nobody has parts and anyone that does is weeks out, or wants a medium sized ransom for it. What do you do? You take it to someone who can rebuild it. They did an awesome job. Everyone was extremely friendly, the price was reasonable and same day service. Not much more you can ask for. I should have gotten pictures but I was just so happy to get my car back, I forgot. If you are having power windows issues, make the trip, even if it is out if the way. Masks were worn and my vehicle was treated with respect.

We had Freelite come and replace all the window in our home, and repair and old skylight. They were professional and did a great job with the install. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again for our next project in the future.

Lei was amazing to work with from start to finish. Our old windows were the original windows when the house was built in '96 and they wouldn't shut and they leaked and a few glass panes were extremely loose! Our windows were made quickly and installed earlier than when they planned. The window contractors that installed them were amazing and even helped me put the blinds back up when they were done knowing my husband didn't have time until the weekend came. We are beyond happy with the windows so far and in az you definitely need triple pane tinted windows!!

Absolutely outstanding job--both scheduling and installing. We made an error in which windsheild was needed. The installer handled the situation very professionally and immediately contacted the office with the issue--by the time he had left the neighborhood, we already had the appointment rescheduled for the following day. The returning installer was again extremely professional, neat and made sure the new windsheild was clean -- inside & out! Hopefully we won't need a replacement (at least for a long while) but I know who we will call-Univeral Glass of Glendale, AZ. NICE JOB EVERYBODY--

Shower install was performed by the very good team of Joseph T and Blake K. Very personable, and made sure I understood everything their were going to do and asked for clarification things like type of caulk , positioning of hardware. They were more concerned about doing the job right than getting it done. Very meticulous and attention to detail. Highly recommend Dreamstyle, Joseph and Blake.

“Johnny on the spot”. They do great work and are always on time. On time is one thing we appreciate more than anything. We have in the past called the “big guy” Safelite Auto Glass and not only do you wait on hold, they book out a week or so. Their commercials make it seem like they will be there when you need them. Haha! Reliable was there there the same day and took care of everything in the time window they provided. We will never use anyone else.

yes I am an older lady who broke down out in the middle of nowhere something that busted my windshield out on the freeway I made an appointment with them they never showed up they never called me they left me sitting out in the middle of nowhere with no shade my car was also vandalized when I went to a hotel my catalytic converter got stolen well I waited on these people who never showed up they wanted to discount me $50 and make me sit there another 15 hours to come put a windshield in so if y'all plan on getting the windshield put in I would advise you not to call these people because they will never show up and they was going to charge me $340 like I said I'm 60 plus years old and they left me sitting out in the Indian reservation in the heat Arizona heat at that
