I just had a great experience with Kyko Roofing. The install last March with Dean Klatt went fine. Over the past year some of the flashing popped up the shingles. Allan Garcia came out took a look, and had the three areas buttoned down with a permanent fix within an hour. He was polite and personable. I have and will continue to recommend Kyko Roofing. Their bid was competitive and a year after the install, they quickly fixed the issue I had. They stood behind their work.

We recently purchased 2 new properties and both of the house roofing needed a replacement. Thankfully, Mikku and Sons were with our family who always took care of maintaining our roofs especially in our main house. We did not have any problems because their expertise is proven and tested. They gave accurate estimates for the service that they will conduct to our other properties and after all the installation of new roofing, me and my husband are fully satisfied with their great service. (Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

I cannot think these guys enough for helping me out with what I need it last minute a storm hit my roof and took down 20 tiles and they were so efficient and so fast so organized I am so happy to use them And I will continue to use them in the future best roof company ever

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. The jobsite was cleaned up in the end like they were never there after leaving the house. Excellent roofing company to work with A+ Job location Waddell AZ.

We are so happy with our beautiful new roof on our custom home we are building. This company has been wonderful to deal with since the bidding process. The original guy I dealt with, Bill, was super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Steven and Amanda were also great to deal with throughout the entire process. We kept running into weather issues and they were always responsive and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The work done was very professional the finished roof looks amazing. Their prices were fair and beat out almost everyone else’s quotes that we got. Priority Restoration was an excellent firm with which to work. They were professional in every aspect of the project, from inspection to installation. Their crews were extremely hard and efficient workers. Site clean up was superb.

Oswin was super easy to work with and got me a quote within a day. His quote was lower than the 5 other quotes I got. Got quote on a Monday, he started work that Friday and was done on Saturday with a full roof replacement. Great work and very pleased with the new roof. Thanks again Oswin!

Mr. Beach is very personable..we had our roof replaced by his company a few years ago..had a couple issues from wind damage. He was right on it.. I highly recommend this company!
