Mr. Beach is very personable..we had our roof replaced by his company a few years ago..had a couple issues from wind damage. He was right on it.. I highly recommend this company!

I would recommend this company to friends and family. Upon getting further into the roof damage there was additional damage discovered. Mateo made the call to Zane and they just got what it took to repair and pressed on ( at no additional cost). When Zane came to settle up l mentioned to him that I had some small leaks with my roof at my second house next door. Zane went to his truck, got his ladder, some caulk, went up on the roof and repaired the leaks at no charge. Thank you to Zane and his gang great job.

Beach Ventures were very professional and reasonably priced. The new roof was installed quickly and expertly. Mateo and his crew did an excellent job on a very hot day. I had a roofing job done last summer. Took longer then it should have scammed my insurance company for thousands and does not stand behind the work. Skipped part of my house and literally placed new material on rotten wood.I was told they would cover my pool which did not happen.my pool had nails and other building materials left in it.when called about issue related to his company he proceeded to call me in sensitive to his personal loss. Nothing to do with his workmanship.Beware do not ise this company

My wife and I just moved into a new place that had several broken tiles and felt problems, among other things. Zane was able to beat others on price and he worked with us on scheduling, and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

Best roofing company I've had to do business with. The guy who had came out to do my estimate was very professional, talked in a language I could easily understand, and their team managed to get my roof done sooner than the date quoted to me. He said it was just a coincidence of good timing. I doubt it though considering that a few of them skipped their lunches to go that extra mile. Would and am going to recommend!

We put 1/2 down on a roofing repair. $6000. Deadlines came and went. No communication from them. We canceled on 8/9 when work was supposed to start and we hadn't heard a peep. We hadn't even picked a shingle color. They didn't return phone calls. They didn't get back when then said they would. It then took two months for them to refund 1/2 of our down payment. They kept $3000 for doing absolutely nothing but stall us and make it difficult. Horrible experience. Caveat emptor.

Quality work. They take pictures of damaged tiles to show both before and after photos. They also give you a two year warranty on repairs. I would recommend Beach Ventures for your service and repair, and they will even do a free estimate.

Hi Zane , received certified warranty today ,& was real glad to know the roofing will probably out last me. as far as the job goes the workmanship is Top GRADE . I'm glad my daughter & her husband Sandra & Leo Serna referred us to Beach Ventures Inc. other wise I probably would have gone with a low grade roofing co. commended by my Insurance. Beach Ventures Roofing were great in repairing my tile roof. They were very professional and did very good work at a fair price. Pick them for your roofing needs!

If a zero or negative number was available, I would use the lowest. if you are counting on a warranty covering the work done by this guy, not so much. This company patched a roof and documented a warranty on a property I purchased last year. The roof is still leaking at the exact spot that was repaired by Beach, several times. I contacted the company based on the receipt and warranty I received at closing. Must have spoke to the owner who immediately exprested his innocence and started to explain that the leak wasn't the roof but was because the air handler was shaking so violently that it repeatedly broke the seal. REALLY? He said I needed to have the air handler serviced. I scheduled to have someone come, and he meet him and I at the property. Once ther he realized that the air handler was only 2 years old, and we had confirmation that the air handler was NOT shaking or moving at all, the roofing guy changed his story and said it was leaking at the elbow in the duct work, which should have been replaced and not reused. He again had an attitude and couldn't remember exactly where the patch work was done by him and under warranty less than a year ago. It was obvious that this guy thought I was stupid, and he wasn't going to honor any warranty. He really screwed himself. If he would have presented himself as honorable, trustworthy and competent he could have earned himself a great roofing job replacing the entire roof worth over 10K. This person has NO integrity, and is not to be trusted. He obviously doesn't have respect for women, and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Buyer beware!

Beach Ventures did a great job. They had a few un-forseen problems during the project but they recovered well. They were very picky about the work they were doing and always showed me what they were doing before completing each task.

Called for an estimate and the field manager went through every detail of the roof with a fine tooth comb and found issues the competition missed which was the reason I hired them when going through the bid process. Thank you Beach Ventures!

Horible company. Can't start your roof because he had to use your money to pay for another customers roof who has been waiting 2 months to start. Owner lies and then lies about his lies. DONT hire this company.

Zane helps his clients with Roofing of all varieties. He can help you with a wood, shingle, tile, foam, or anything else kind of roof. As an insurance agent I've sent him all over the valley even though he's from Mesa he has driven to Scottsdale or even to Apache Junction. I've even seen him drive to the far end of Phoenix.
