I highly recommend Zona Roofing! Great experience from the get go. Ryan came out and inspected the roof. He even discussed cost saving measures with me. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. I appreciated that Ryan gave me several options and discussed pricing. Jessica in the office is fantastic! Very easy to work with and helped with scheduling and payment. We will definitely use Zona Roofing again if we have any roofing issues!

I got a full inspection with a fair appraisal of the situation and good news about the state of my roof. Repair work was done on time and I’ve had no problems since then. We had roof damage back in Aug 2021. We had difficulty with the Insurance Company. Zona (Ryan) helped us with information. We had to wait until Jan 2022 to finally get the repairs done because of the Ins Co. Then rain hit us a couple of times and Zona helped us get our repairs done VERY quickly. The men were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great Job. Thank you so much for ALL of your help.

With the recent rain, our roof developed a major leak. I did a bit of research on roofing repairs and found Zona Roofing. I am so glad I did. They immediately responded to shore up the issue and returned to bid and eventually fix the area of the roof with the leak. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. Zona Roofing repaired our roof after it was recently damaged by a a monsoon storm that hit Phoenix. If anyone is looking for a roofing contractor I would highly recommend calling Zona Roofing!

WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

Pete was on time and took the time to explain how our roofing would go. We’ve been a little hesitant, not sure who we could depend on. He came through with flying colors. Roof was completed on time and looks great!!!
