Best Need Repairs in Phoenix AZ

I've used Simple Electric 3 times now since I bought my home in Phoenix. Ashley and Bree always make appointment management a breeze. We had a couple of electric issues on our inspection that were easily addressed. Mitch installed a new circuit for outdoor lights over our driveway. Xzavier installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet for a car charger. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating. Work is done well and promptly. Prices are very reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

Star Light did an amazing job running electric, and installing 2 ring motion cameras for me. They showed up on time, and their price was very reasonable. Fast and friendly service, and there was no drywall damage. Clean install, true professionals!!

I saw Tab Electric ad on TV and on the same day saw their truck at a home on my street. I called them to provide a quote on adding can lights in the kitchen, adding pendant lights over the island and adding switches. They answered right away, set up an appointment within the next couple of days. Eric arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Provided a quote by the next morning. I called to schedule appt - was able to come out within a week. Arrived yesterday on time with friendly, professional crew. Crew got started. Covered everything in plastic. Eric stopped over during the project and stayed until project was complete. All came out great, they cleaned everything up. We are very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend - Thank you TAB - we are ready for Thanksgiving !!

I had Arizona Electrical Solutions do a ton of work on my condo. They did everything very well. Very responsive, polite, and punctual. I'm so relieved I found these guys and have peace of mind knowing I have my electrical needs covered in Phoenix! Strongly recommend.

I waited a full week to see if there would be some form of follow up from my service last week before posting my review.
I originally saw the work van on Grand & Vet Owned caught my eye (& tugged at me since my family consists of many branches of service over several generations. I called & set up an appointment for an estimate.
Work needed was a new run in my garage to install the Ring Flood Light, & relocation of the doorbell wiring to accommodate the Ring Video Doorbell. The original appointment I scheduled, I got a call at the end of the window of time I expected the electrician. I was informed they were tied up on a job & needed to reschedule. I get it, things happen & for me it was no big deal, but if someone took off work for the estimate, it would have been a wasted day.
2 Days later, the electrician came on time, was friendly & personable. I felt the estimate was a bit high, but I also know most companies charge for a visit just for an estimate, coupled with the knowledge it was a Vet owned business...I opted to schedule the work. I explained the situation with the doorbell need & wiring the floodlight. The estimate was $1,100 less a military discount (which I did think was thoughtful considering the price) I asked about the patch work for the cuts to the drywall & sadly was told I would be left with the cut outs screwed in & would need to get a drywall guy to make look like nothing was done. Still. I scheduled the next available time.
I showed my wife the estimate & she to was a little concerned about the price for the job. We agreed it needed to be done nonetheless.
The electrician arrived around noon & went right to it. I pointed out the installation of the ring products weren't listed on the estimate, but he said it wasn't a problem, he will take care of it. I also had an outlet I asked him to look at while he was here. It had a loose wire that burned our vacuum plug. I asked how much to fix & the answer kind of stunned me...$100.00. So, a $4.00 part & 5 minutes rated a charge of $100.00. Since he stated it was a wonder the house didn't burn down...I allowed him to replace the burned outlet. A total of 5 hours later, he said he was done, I gave him my card to charge, signed & parted ways. I had a softball game to coach & we were at the edge of our time to leave.
When we got home, I was able to actually pay attention to details. I did the programming of the doorbell & went through troubleshooting with the tech from Ring. It was determined that the fault is in the wiring & not in the floodlight. I pulled the floodlight off & viewed the black wire was cut on mounting the light. Removing the light arced & tripped my circuit to the entire garage. The garage door open, I did not want to leave my home unsecured. Now 9 PM, I recalled this company was 24 hours. My call was answered by a pleasant woman who said this would be passed on. I asked if I would be charged for this after hours service call even though it was the electricians mistake. I got no definitive answer & the return call came some 11 hours later.
I could not stand the thought of leaving my home unsecured for the night as I have valuables in my garage & after waiting 2-3 hours for the return call...decided to fix it myself. Not the handiest person with a screw driver...I felt no other viable option, but I was greatly disappointed to say the least. When I went to the front door, I found all the debris from the job still on the floor & in my daughters hamster cage. I would have thought at least the dust & drywall parts on the floor would have been tended to.
Joe Lake (the electrician) returned my call at 8:06 AM. He explained when he got the call, he had already turned in for the night & just got the message in the morning. I explained I had to repair the wire because I couldn't leave my home unsecured. While I did get an apology...that was the extent of it. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Jeff and his team were the best! They were very knowledgeable and hard working. Very prompt, courteous, and kept me informed of every step they did. Respectful of my property, and after digging up a long trench for installing new wiring, they cleaned up and restored my property better than it was. I liked them a lot and will refer them to all my friends. They are now my go to contractor for any issues I may have in the future. Job well done!!!! Thank you to Jeff, Michael, and Gabriel!!!!!!

I just wanted you to know that we had Elijah O at our home to help with some electrical work around the home.. He was one of the most professional men we have had the pleasure of working in our home. he was extremely thorough and explained all work being done. We signed up for George Brazils platinum program and look forward to having work done in the future by this company.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Great work done in a timely fashion. I have 0 complaints. Gave me an estimate the next day on installing all new electrical for my hot tub I just bought. He finished it in one day. I would definitely recommend him. He is now my go to electrical guy for sure! Thank you guys!

The technician did a great job! He called and said he could come to my house early if I was at home. Which he did. He finished all the work and explained what the problem was and the price was fair. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. This was my first time with Cricket Residential Electricians and will use them again.

Had Matt and his guys come over to install an EV wall charger. Very friendly, on-time and work was great. Would highly recommend and use Apollo again in the future for other electrical needs.

The electricians from Wise Owl Electricians did an excellent job installing electrical outlets in our kitchen. Colin arrived on time and completed his job with a high level of professionalism. I wasn't sure whether what we were trying to do in the kitchen could be done, but he managed to get everything to work perfectly. After the job was over, he cleaned up all of the materials. Even though his project cost was pretty cheap, I believe I should have paid him more than the asked price. From beginning to end, the work was excellent. I will return as a customer.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

If you are in need of electrical services you will be very happy with the work performed by the Mighty Electricians. Our house needed ceiling lighting and switches added to our family room and kitchen. The professionalism and service provide was outstandi!! The work performed exceeded our expectations. The new lighting makes the rooms look like they where remodeled.
