This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

After years of enduring mediocre service from other companies, I decided to try Hobaica for AC service. Technician Brandon arrived on time, and was very professional, personable and competent. All those 5 star reviews obviously reflect a well-run company where customer service is a high priority.

Since I wrote the above review, I've had two additional routine maintenance service calls with our new technician Chase. From appointment making to the service visit to the followup, the whole Hobaica operation is first class- competent, honest, dependable.

Our latest Hobaica technician is Gavin. Same first-class service as always from this company.

Being pro-active, we decided to replace our 16 year old AC unit in Nov., 2022. Having used Hobaica Services for general AC maintenance for the past several years, we were comfortable going with Hobaica for the purchase and installation. The entire experience was just what we expected. The pricing was competitive, installation was on time, efficient and professional. Sergio and Tristan were competent, communicative and friendly installers. Nothing better doing business with a family-run business whose primary goal is customer satisfaction!

First of all, I called in the morning with an AC problem. The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? That was my first hint that this place was going to be awesome.

Then our technician got here, and Octavio was amazing. His humble and honest approach was refreshing, and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He helped me be a better homeowner by giving tips and tricks to run my AC more efficiently on top of doing a quick and effective total system diagnosis. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!

Marco and team saved the day and got the repair done the same day within 30 minutes. Strongly recommend.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. We have been using Day & Night for about 6 years for our plumbing issues and maintenance. The company is run well and they do excellent work.I would like to take this opportunity to give praise to your plumber Matthew Byrd. Matthew just did our annual maintenance inspection and he also installed a new toilet. Matthew is the BEST! He takes pride in his work(which is impeccable), respects your home and the bottom line is that he is an excellent and well trained plumber.

Our AC professional , Anthony, was amazing. He came out and diagnosis our system within minutes of being here. Once given a discription of our problem he had a short list of possible problems and was able to find out issue within minutes. I would not only recommend this company if you get, Anthony, your getting a true professional. I will ask for him anytime I need Service. Pricing was great! I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family in the valley. I appreciate a great company and even more a great Service pro who came out during the dead heat of summer! Diagnostic test on split

They came out on the request of my one guard home warranty. The tech seemed a little shady and wanted to replace my whole air handler, which was an expensive and big job. i decided to get someone else out and he only needed to replace the coils, which was quicker and cheaper. said the rest was all good.

Awesome service! This company responded quickly and sent their technician on time to perform my heat and ac repair needs. He is very considerate and an expert in the service. The service was very satisfying and qualifying. I am 100% satisfied with the service. Thank you very much, and keep it up!

This place will swindle you. They came out to look at our unit on a rental property and quoted us that it would be a $1500 repair or an 8-10 grand replacement. I couldn't believe it so i payed their exorbitant fee of $80 and called another company and GB disconnected our heater saying its safer. But our tenants needed heat. So I called a mom and pop company. The gentleman came out and not only was able to properly diagnose the problem (which was a burnt fuse board) but he was also able to get the heat reconnected for our tenants that night and we were able to avoid any other repair fees or litigation. And the full price i paid for that service was $600. (300 for the part, 300 for labor). I then tried to contact a supervisor with George Brazil to ask why they swindled me and they never called back! I do not recommend using George Brazil unless you want to be taken advantage of. 0 stars. Awful!!

I just had my annual checkup on a unit they installed last year. Last year, I selected Apex after consulting with about TWENTY other companies. Once again, I'm amazing at the thorough and professional service.

They show up when they're supposed to and do the job right the first time. The techs are professional and respectful.

I thought the checkup was going to be a 15 minute visit. They were here a while checking over everything. They also explained to me what they did and why.

If you're looking for someone to trust, this is the company. It is also very important to me to support local companies, which they are.

They were able to get us in quick, fixed everything, honest, fair and priced about right (expensive for me, but they were 100% fair). I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so very much. I came home from a weekend camping to find out one of my a/c units was not working. I called FN air and talked to Adam. He came out fast and figured out the problem which was a failed fan. He replaced it at a more than reasonable price. Once again thank you I will tell everyone about you.

Chuck came to our home to service our hvac. He came out the same day that we called. Chuck was on time, polite and respectful. The minimum fee was $59. Chuck discovered and fixed the problem quickly. He did a maintenance service, showed me photos and explained what he had done. I definitely would call these guys in the future!

Tom was AMAZING! I called yesterday because our house was freezing cold with our new ecobee system and we didn’t know how to adjust it. He first tried to assist me over the phone and then they were able to schedule me for the very next morning for a visit. He was efficient and helpful in explaining the system and what was incorrect with our wiring. Then he was also able to waive the fee since it was a minor fix. He even let us borrow his ladder to change our air filters. They are an amazing and reliable company and I’ll only be going to them for my hvac needs.
