Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

When I asked for a quote for the entire roof, he gave me a number but said the remaining areas would likely be fine for three to five years. His honesty was refreshing as most businesses would have gone for the higher priced service. I’ve contracted with Arizona Roof Rescue multiple times for homes I have owned. One is a rental property and the other two were primary residences. The owner of the company, Alan, has always arrived on time and provided a thorough examination and explanation of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and an estimate to get the job completed. He provided a schedule and his crews always arrived on time, ready to work. I’ve seen the same crew at each job. Alan treats them like family and they are some of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. At the end of each work day they thoroughly clean the job site, removing any debris and most importantly, any nails. Every job has been completed on time and on budget.

These guys were great! Great job and great cleanup. They even went through all the bushes looking for parts of old shingles. When I called I actually talked to the owner and he was very professional and told me he could come out to our house that day to give us a quote. When he got there he was able to give us a really good price and saved us some money by giving us some tips. The day of the job they showed up on time and knocked out the job really fast. Before we had this work done, I knew nothing about how to recognize a very high quality roof. After Alan with Arizona Roof Rescue finished, I am amazed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Beautifully done, no cutting of corners--2 of my neighbors came over and commented on the professionalism and precision. Both had roofs done recently and were impressed by Arizona Roof Rescue, while being disappointed in the work done by other companies on their roofs. We received multiple estimates, including 2 of the largest companies and hired ARR based on Alan's knowledge and promptness in arriving for his appointment.His bid was significantly lower than some companies, perhaps a little higher than another. Alan and his crew arrived on time every day. Work was begun early morning and continued for 10-12 hours most days during the hottest month of the summer. Our entire property was cleaned up at the end of every work day. ARR went way above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for a truly great job. It was a pleasure to find someone who takes such pride in workmanship.

I Recommend Arizona Roof Rescue, I had 5 companies come out to give me quotes. I choose them and and was very impressed by the fact they did what they said they would do. In the late 1970s & early 80s was a roofer, so have maybe a different perspective than most people would. If I needed to reroof another property, I would use them again!!

Alan and his crew performed minor roof repair to our home quickly, and was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We organized the day before to come out for a free estimate and he ended up performing the work on the same day. They even took photos of the work, which is fantastic as the roof is not an easy place to navigate. Alan is on speed dial for our roofing needs, highly recommended.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

Alan did a great job on my roof. I felt bad, I thought I had a leak, I had him and his crew out to check it out and it turned out that it was an AC leak. They did not charge me for the call, and were very easy to get along with.

Where should I start?? Well after the last crazy rain spell we had, we started to notice some buckling on our living room ceiling. After hours of researching I decided to call Arizona Rood Rescue. Spoke with Alan, who is actually the owner and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed a few repairs in a few spots. The cost was very resonable. The workers showed up on times and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us! I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Alan and his great company.

I had a leak in my roof after the original underlayment had failed after only 8 years after the house was built. I contacted Alan and 5 other roofing contractors. Alan was the most professional and didn't try upselling me, or nickel and diming me to death by charging for any wood that needed replacing, painting new vent caps, etc. He also took the time to look under the tiles during the initial inspection and tell me exactly what had failed. The original roofer had also shorted the number of tiles that they put on the roof. According to the calculations there should have been 2 more rows the length of my house, but the original contractor shorted the number of tiles to cut costs and improve their profit. The original underlayment was also very thin. Alan and his crew installed a double layer of thicker underlayment and the 2 extra rows of tiles when they roofed my entire house. Alan and his crew were on top of my house all day long in the hot July Arizona heat and finished the entire house in 5 days. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris on a daily basis and went around the perimeter of my house with a huge magnet after the job was complete to pick up all of the roofing nails. It has been 2 years and several monsoons since they replaced my roof. I have had zero leaks and have peace of mind knowing that the job was done right. I would highly recommend Alan and the crew at Arizona Roof Rescue to complete any roofing repair or replacement. Alan is a true professional and people of his character are hard to come by now days.

They did a complete asphalt roof replacement as contracted. I am very satisfied. The job was completed when they said. The team is a hard working group that produced a fine result. The clean up was complete and meticulous.

Extremely expensive. Two other top roofing companies said we don't need a roof . We have at least 3 to 4 years left.
