We recommend In-Ex Designs for your underlay replacement project. We had a very good experience working with In-Ex Designs Roofing for our underlay replacement project. In-Ex's pricing was on par with other companies. Daryl was our point of contact and he made the entire process smooth. He was very clear on what we could expect and was easy to reach/communicate with. The written contract is thorough and easy to understand what is being done. The office crew was easy to communicate with as well. We appreciated the emails to help us get ready for the project. The roofing team was on time each morning, respectful of our yard, and cleaned up each afternoon. After the job is over, we had a walk through with Daryl and he noticed a paint mismatch that we didn't notice so I appreciated his attention to detail. The crew was back later that week for the punch list and completed everything to our satisfaction. Thank you In-Ex!

In-Ex Design exceeded expectations in every aspect of my roof installation. They were prompt with getting someone to my home to provide an estimate and the estimator (Rubin) was very thorough in his explanation as to how the installation process would be completed. Their price was competitive and their estimate was very detailed. Once I made the decision to use In-Ex I was assigned a coordinator (Catrina) that kept me in the loop as far as delivery of material and commencement of work.

The material was delivered to my roof with no problems. I was given a start date (3-5 days after delivery). An opportunity to start sooner (2 days after delivery) came up and they asked if they could start early. The time estimate for completion of the roof (3-5 days) was met exactly. Construction was orderly and the crew left my driveway and yard clean each evening. The clean up after the job was done was excellent. And best of all the roof looks outstanding.

A seamless experience from beginning to end! I had seen them doing an installation in my neighborhood and liked it so much that I knew I would be pleased with having them replace my roof. From the outset, they were communicative of every step and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up completely at completion. Very pleased with my experience with In-Ex Roofing. Their estimate wasn't the cheapest I received but I felt comfortable with the professional way Daryl Cook explained what the tear-off and shingle re-roof would entail. The work contract was well detailed and when I did have some questions they were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The work crew was professional, courteous, on time and completed the work sooner than expected. An inspector from In-Ex Roofing came out the following day to look over the completed work. There were a couple minor things he felt should be addressed, a crew was out an hour later to take care of it. I would highly recommend In-Ex Designs Roofing.

We hired In-Ex to remove the old flat roof and replace with new insulation and coating. They did an excellent job, were efficient and did the job as promised. Working with Daryl was a pleasure, he was responsive and on time with any appointments and very thorough in his explanation of what would take place. I would highly recommend Daryl and his crews to work on your roof and will not hesitate to use him again if necessary. His crew had missed picking up some of the old foam off the ground (which had blown off the roof on a breezy day) during clean up and when notified they came back the same day and picked up the rest of the foam.

Darryl and his team were consummate professionals in first listening to what services I had in mind. Secondly, providing me a variety of options to achieve my goal after inspecting the roof and assessing the scope of services that could be provided to help us to accomplish our desired outcome. We then were provided a tentative scope of work with a menu of options for us to decide the optimal level of services we would need to reach our goal. After the scope of the contract was agreed upon the work was scheduled and accomplished within the timeframe agreed upon. The ongoing communication throughout the project was outstanding! That is the way customer service should be performed. Each day the work crew was diligent in cleaning up around our property before the start of the next day's activity. It lessens any disruption to my surrounding neighbors which was very important to us and did not create a visual distraction to our broader neighborhood either. Once the job was complete an inspection was done with our input to make sure the end product met our satisfaction which it most certainly did. My wife and I are very satisfied customers. We selected a firm not driven solely by price but with a proven track record of excellence in service and product. Anyone who may need service or replacement of their roof we would wholeheartedly endorse this company as one you should give serious consideration in selecting them as your go to roof services company. We are very happy that we choose this path that now gives us peace of mind about our home to withstand whatever the monsoon season will bring to us this year and many more to come.

I can’t say enough about all the superb attributes shown by In-Ex Design and their staff in providing me with an excellent new roof. As my house was built in 1988, it was going to need someone with extensive experience and knowledge to replace a bad roof. From the beginning with Daryl to the final product, not one thing went wrong!! I’m not used to that with any contractor. The roofing crew was fabulous, clean and totally helpful with everything. AMAZING! Roof renovation update from wood shake to beautiful weathered wood shingles. I could not be happier with the entire process, from attaining a quote to the final product and transaction. I had noticed that many people in my neighborhood had been using In-Ex for their roof projects so I decided to give them a call as I had my original roof and it was a matter of time before I would start having problems.
I was very pleased with In-Ex Designs and everyone I was in contact with during the process from the estimator to the guys on the job to the people I spoke with at the office. The price was reasonable and the job was completed when they said it would be. Calls and emails were returned promptly when I had questions. I had new paper put down over the entire roof and tiles reinstalled. The workers arrived promptly every day and got after it! Care was taken to ensure as little mess from the project as possible and the clean up was great - I could not have asked for better cleanup! I would recommend In-Ex.

Daryl was great to work with on getting our estimate and explaining all of the costs. There were no surprise hidden costs and he came well below other quotes. Johnny and Carlos were always on site and kept the project moving along. Our whole roof took only three days. They did a great clean up getting all the nails (we found only one), were very detail oriented, hard working even in the heat, very polite and provided high quality workmanship.

After our roof suffered damage from a wind storm, we selected In-Ex Designs roofing in Scottsdale, AZ, to help us replace the roof.
The company assigned Dan to assist us. Dan and the Co. were amazing ! They did a great job negotiating with the Insurance Co,
and got them to replace our entire roof. They did a very quick and efficient job replacing the roof and cleaned everything so well !

Scott and his crew have not only the longevity of over 30 years in this business in the Scottsdale area, a BBB A+ rating, top notch material (50yr duration shingles, synthetic underlayment, and water & ice), very professional, but has your best interest in mind. He isn’t pushy at all or just trying to sell you a job and follows through on his commitments to you! He’s confident working with adjusters and highly experienced with insurance claims (possibly the most experienced in the valley). His company isn’t storm chasing as many companies do to get business. After almost a dozen quotes and interviews from contractors I put all my trust in Scott and In-Ex Designs and would definitely recommend them to do your roof. He exceeded every one of my expectations and even when I thought there might me a problem with the materials delivered he quickly and promptly corrected it with no problems (no argument or defensive attitude). Not only that but went way above and beyond with any question or concerns I had and I had way too many (first time homeowner). Through all this I found not only my roofing professional but made a friend too in the process. After the big rains, we had large leaks flowing into the garage. Quotes ranged to over $1000's. Daryl came out and gave us an honest repair quote at by far the best price. We're going to need a new roof in the next couple of years, so he wanted to fix the problem at hand, correctly, to last until we replace everything. No need to spend extra now for no reason!

He said no problem and that he'd have some guys out within the next few weeks to take care of it. I though, 'OK, he's not coming back,' but he did! Terrific customer service. The workers were very polite, and boy do they work hard. Terrific company all around. Very quality work.

In-Ex left our roof in terrible shape, exposing new holes and leaving it all open to the elements. In-Ex provided poor assessment and diagnosis of the problems and poor oversight of the actual work. The In-Ex contractor got nasty and offensive, but the AZ-Registrar of Contractors agreed with us about the poor quality of the workmanship. In-Ex did OK on a flat surface. We had to get another company to finish the more complex aspects of the original job and fix the In-Ex damage to the site of the original leaks.

Totally professional from start to finish. Materials delivered on time. Work started and ended on time. Absolutely no issues with work quality. Clean up was perfect. Was updated by office on all dates. Recommend without reservation.

Stay away from this company as they send rif raf with attitude problems out to your home who rudely interact and have little customer service, let me also how poor his English was!. Then the owner takes no responsibility for his poorly mannered employee. Responded through a text and didn’t even lift the phone, was another indication that I was just another job to him and he was happy to send out his short reply. If I could post negative stars I would.

My neighbor is getting his roof done. I get woken up at 6 am to loud people and nail guns. Without any warning. I also have had multiple different cars park directly in front of my house and block my driveway without any communication. If their business is anything like how they act I wouldn’t use them.

Hire people who don’t pull out directly in front of others while 1. Making a wide right turn with a trailer attached when 2. They have a red light. I had to slam on my brakes and swerve because one of your drivers did exactly this while I had a green light. Hire better drivers.
