They have great customer service. They are very thorough and respond very quickly to a person's need. They go out of their way for their customers. They're very clean when they work and very considerate of a person's home. I highly recommend them. I recommend them so much so that I call them when my clients need a plumber.

I have Ben Franklin come every year to service my tankless hot water heater. They are wonderful!! I just had Charlie come to service my hot water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis system. He was supposed kind and patient with me when he came as explaining the issues with my hot water heater.

The pipes were relined, called repiping, excellent work, very considerate to me, and all necessary damage was repaired completely. I totally recommend Peerless Piping.

He gets two stars because he did show up and it was after hours. He advertises his hours are from 7 to 7, but claims 5pm on Saturday is after hours. He wanted 975. to do what another plumber did 30 minutes later for 375. I understand making money and getting paid to work, but I do not understand gouging people in a hardship situation.

Owner came to my house to do an estimate he seemed rushed he was there 11mins could not have left any quicker. Told me he would email me the estimate the next morning. I have yet to see anything come through. Very unprofessional, if you do not want to do the job either just tell me or over bid the work. I'm posting this for others be be aware.

I had a plumbing problem on Sunday at 4:00 P.M. I called and within the hour Adrian was at my rental property(at no additional Sunday charge).

The problem couldn't be fixed right away, but Jarred was back there first thing on Monday and the problem was taken care of by Tuesday afternoon. Jarred kept me informed on Tuesday with the progress, which I really appreciated so much. We had a few little problems after that, but Jarred was there within the hour to work out those little things. I couldn't be more pleased and will pass on Rooter Ranger's name and especially Adrian and Jarred for excellent service.

Had a new Air conditioner installed today! Everything occurred flawlessly. The crew Chandler H. and Roberto Q. were prompt, nice to talk to and kept me updated with what was happening throughout the day. The crane came on time as scheduled and everything flowed. Chandler even called in a third person to help, Chuck W. and they were done before 5pm. Great job guys! The house was cooled down before they left! Thanks George Brazil.

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!
