Bought my first house and within our first month we had a roof leak into the garage. I went through the home warranty company and thankfully they matched us up with Priority Roofing. Richard and his team were prompt, professional, and were able to work with the warranty company quickly to get my roof repaired. Richard communicated with me every step of the way and the roof held up great after the storm we had this past week. What was even more impressive was Richard called to check on the roof afterwards, that’s service! I would 100% recommend priority roofing to anyone in need of a roofer in the valley.

We had roof damage from the big wind storm in October. Priority roofing was very responsive and came out to inspect the damage quickly. I called this company to get an estimate on shingling my house. I have a 28.2 square roof and was quoted around $11000. I know exactly what my house needs because I literally installed this when I was 16 years old and worked for a roofing company called Phoenix Roofing. I provided them all the details and then try to find out a little bit more about the price. He said if I want a more accurate And somebody out to be able to look at the roof. That makes absolutely no sense. The person coming out is going to measure the roof to get the square footage which is 28.2 then they’re gonna ask me if I want to tear off or if I want an overlay. I started to ask the gentleman about the price. And then he said I already gave you a price what else do you want? Because of his outrageous gouging and rude response. I’m leaving this review.

I had a flat roof and had a bathroom ceiling leak. Had a heck of a time getting quotes from tons of other roofing companies. I dealt with unresponsiveness, scam-like high prices, etc.

Priority roofing really took the time to understand my needs and wants and catered a special solution for me and my family.

One of the things they did was a TPO overlay of my double thick foam roof, after having fixed the leak area. They did this without having to make me remove my solar panels which would have cost $5k extra. Not only did they do a custom solution but a price that was similar to a new foam roof; TPO is commercial grade solution. This allowed me keep the existing foam and R Value. In addition Priority is giving me a 10 year workmanship warranty which is unheard of. Call Priority Roofing and talk with Richard Urcino and they'll take care of you.

Update, I had to call Priority Roofing today because I thought I had a leak, Richard (owner) had someone out within 2 hrs. Not really a leak but separation in my air conditioning duct work. Bottom line FIXED within an hour and piece of restored!

Great news! Priority Roofing came out and sealed up the leak. I'm thankful there was no damage. I've updated to 4 stars, remember I gave them 5 stars to start and I still recommend Priority Roofing!

7/28/21 I'm updating my review, because even though Priority Roofing were great initially the connected condo had a leak after the last rain and we still haven't received a call back. I'm disappointed at the lack of follow through. They were great while they were getting our money!

Great Company, great service and, most of all confidence in the workmanship! Colten Wells (Project Manager) was attentive the entire endeavor much to my delight. Our job went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Priority Roofing of Glendale for their expertise.

I highly recommend Priority Roofing . Seldom do you find an individual as professional and conscientious as Steven . Like many in my area I had storm and hail damage and needed to file with my insurance. He made sure I received a fair estimate to send to the adjuster, helped me choose the appropriate replacement material (I upgraded to standing seem metal), and oversaw the installation. The job was difficult because of the high pitched slope of the roof and took longer to install but there was never a time when I felt rushed to finish. The crew was amazing, hard working men who were careful with my landscape and extremely polite. Daily clean up made sure that I didn't have to worry about my pets. Overall, it was as painless a process as possible with a beautiful outcome!

Very happy that Jayson Wells came out and did the inspection and repair! We had called a different company after we noticed a leak in the house and we were told that we needed a whole new roof that would cost $10,000 ? needless to say we wanted another opinion. Amazing company to work with. Jayson was extremely professional and easy to deal with. He walked me through all aspects of roof replacement answering all my many questions. I had never claimed anything to my insurance and his knowledge put me at ease and after the inspection the entire process was extremely smooth. Very easy to talk to and confident that everything will be fine. He was right. His crew showed up promptly at 6:00 am as I was told and the job was completed 11 hours later and everything was cleaned up looking perfect. I highly recommend this company. All my neighbor's admired their work. My neighbor Adam was a roofer in his younger years and he was spying on them as he could see the entire process from his back yard. He said those guys are great. We contacted Priority Roofing when we experienced a leak after the last heavy rain and spoke to Richard, the owner. He immediately answered and fit us into the schedule within the same week. This was important to us because we had reached out to other companies for quotes and no one else could take on our project within the timeframe we needed. The workers that assisted us were fast, polite and efficient. When we had concerns that the leak may not have been fully addressed, we reached out via email late that evening. Even though we emailed him on a Friday night, Richard followed up with us first thing the next morning. He even came to our home that same day and walked us through the work that was done and explained how it will resolve our issue. Additionally, Richard assured us that the completed work has a warranty and let us know we can contact him if the issue persists in the future. Based on our past experiences with other companies, we weren’t used to service providers that listen to our needs or respond to our concerns, so Richard going above and beyond really set him apart from the competition. I recently had Priority Roofing put on a new roof after a rain storm damaged it. Richard, the Owner and Colton, one of the Salesmen came out to my house and gave me an estimate and agreed to fix a few things that would not be paid for by the insurance company and they would not charge me. They were both so very nice and helpful in explaining everything and helping me to pick out shingles. Everything was done and fixed as they said it would be. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them. I think they did a great job. It is hard to find good work and honest people these days and I think they were both.

I had a appointment with them at 4 they never showed up I called him at 5 he said he was on his way just stuck in traffic and some nonsense about a renal house he lives in and the roof. Long story short waited till 7 still never showed up or called.

Colten, project manager, was courteous, polite made you feel comfortable explained every detail for the whole roof replacement. Richard, the owner, came to our house, was courteous, polite went over everything. They started on Saturday and were done on Monday. The work crew were very efficient. I had a roof leak just days before three inches of rain was predicted for Sun City AZ. The resposivness of this company was amazing! After contacting a couple different contractors, I ended up choosing to go with Priority Roofing. We had a leak in our roof and Eddie mentioned we could go through our insurance which was something that I was not aware of. Also, meanwhile the job was in progress, they tarped our roof to prevent further damage to the roof. He took care of us from beginning to end. I am glad I explored my options and was referred to them from a friend about the family owned business Priority Roofing. The owner, Richard ensured the process would be smooth, he personally answered any questions or concerns we had.

Colton Wells and Eddie are FANTASTIC. Colton drove by my house and noticed That I had a bunch of missing tiles. I would never had known had he not noticed it and stopped to tell me. I am very grateful. We called my insurance company, he met their consultant at my house and he even did it for me while I was out of town. They agreed with his assessment, they paid me and I got a new roof. Everything was very quick and easy and stress free. They even came back out after I had a new AC installed and replaced some old tiles and re-sealed everything. I would recommend them to anyone.

Colten Wells knocked on my door after a recent microburst and asked if I'd considered fixing my roof. I told him I really don't have any time to deal with it right now, but he offered to help with everything. He was true to his word and helped every step of the way, including attending the insurance inspection. It was really a painless experience and now I have one less thing to worry about (I knew my roof wasn't going to hold out much longer).

Roof install went smoothly and looks great. I had a minor issue after the install and they took care of it right away, after Colten proactively followed up to see how the roof was. To me, the true test of a business is how responsive they are *after* they have full payment in their hands (especially for something you buy once every 15 years), and Colten passed with flying colors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
