I had a busted pipe in my yard. Debbie was amazing! I ended up signing up with them and I was able to contact them for estimated time and our technician Vlad was awesome! My grandpa loved him. Very nice guy and was happy to have him as our technician.

I am so grateful for API they were very helpful, fast service and Ethan was a great help with the water heater. He fixed it and help me understand what happened and suggested ways to make sure it continues to run. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We had a shower that was not generating adequate pressure with the issue being the valve cartridge. They came out quickly to help solve the issue for us before our house guests got into town. Very professional and responsive.

Ceaser was a pleasure to work with He installed our gas line for the bbq in our backyard. Ended up becoming a bigger job then expected. AC suddenly stopped working! I called Klein Heating and cooling, they took my info, got me in touch with a technician within an hour. He called and let me know how far out he was, arrived quickly, figured out the issue with our AC unit, provided a reasonable estimate with options, had parts available (thank goodness!), repaired our unit in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would definitely use them again, thanks so much Klein Heating and cooling!
