We went to the Home and Garden show at the fairgrounds in Phoenix, Az on Sunday May 1, 2016 at which time we met Dan and the rest of the crew from Hays Plumbing and drain. We were given a lot of information on a on demand hot water system and filtration system for our home. Dan Viel came out to our house on tuesday after the show and gave us an estimate on what those systems cost. While he was here we were having some other drain and plumbing issues which he addressed and repaired while he was here at a very fair rate and quickly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company very highly to all of my family and friends. Thanks for doing an amazing job and looking forward to the installation of the on demand system and filtration system. we look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We recently had our AC installed by Hobaica. Yesterday a technician, Ryan Waters did a follow up QC inspection of the unit and it's operation. We were very impressed with Ryans thoroughness and professionalism. He spent time with us to answer any of our concerns and went into detail on the operation of the AC. Adam who came to see what the issue was did a thorough job. He also explained in detail as well as showed us the issue. Then Kevin and his crew came the very next day and completed the entire job in one day. Adam was awesome; Kevin and his 2 man crew were amazing!!! I am grateful that I called Goettl. I could have chosen to work with someone that was less expensive but the fact that Goettl is an established company along with the 25 year warranty sealed the deal for me. Plus, Adam's knowledge and his patience with me and my 50 million questions I appreciated a lot. Thank you!

James originally seemed honest and knowledgeable regarding HVAC. The complaint was the 3yr old AC wasn’t blowing as cold as last year. We were told the Schroeder valves x2 were bad and needed 2lbs of Freon with a quote of $508. Once the repair was done, James came off the roof to tell me there was “bigger problems”- the evaporative coil was leaking in more than 20 places. The repair quote was $2500 for labor only (4-5 hours). Who charges $500 an hour for labor!? Oddly, the AC was serviced 26 Jan with no issues. I was beyond shocked.. As James insisted this was a very serious problem.
After having another service come to provide another quote, I was told, there was no leak detected and could have been from the Schroeder valves or a non-honest technician spraying oil on the coils- since the pattern was unusual and “too clean” (no dirt or dust on the oil). Honest HVAC people are very hard to find- unfortunately, this company is not one of them.

Chase was very professional and fixed my system in a timely manner. He stayed until after midnight to ensure my AC was back up and running. He was also very communicative throughout the process. I definitely recommend this company as their service is unparalleled!

We had another company come twice to fix our A/C and it stopped working both times within a couple days. As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.

James arrived and knew immediately that our drain was plugged causing our air conditioner to leak. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. James was also right upfront with the cost for what needed to be done. Additionally, he cleaned up the area and our air conditioner is running smoothly.
We are very satisfied with the service.

So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!. The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in plain English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros/cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for our needs. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!

The employees of this company are all polite and professional. Scheduling appointments is easy and no problem it too small for them to take care of. All of the technicians are thorough. Couldn't ask for a better company.

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

They were on time. inspected our unit and said it was in perfect condition and we needed nothing and did not try and up sale us. Great job!!
