Chandler and Jacob did an excellent job with the cleanup of water damage and removal of damaged drywall. I would highly recommend their services.

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Jason and his team. Jayce was the lead painter and his attention to detail, quality of work and knowledge were all above and beyond! They were professional and personable as well. We will be doing additional home improvements soon and GTS will be our “Go To” for sure!!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

This company is amazing. I mostly went through Jason. But they worked hard and took care of things. And the people at customer service are great and get things done.

Charge absurd amount for not even doing what was asked for, they were asked to board up my heavily damaged home to prevent people from entering and failed.

We had a flood just before Christmas, we have never experienced anything like this before. Thomas Restoration & their team arrived quickly & walked us thru all the steps of what needed to be done. We dealt mainly with Kelton, he is very knowledgeable & professional. Kelton & his team (wish I could remember all their names) each & everyone of them worked so hard & were respectful of our property, professional, knowledge, kind & patient. Back in August we noticed our water heater had been leaking all over the garage after feeling water in our master closet! We immediately called Gateway after seeing many posts on our neighborhood FB page about them. They came out and guided us through what was going to be a long and tedious process with cleanup/rebuild and insurance. Although the project start to finish took much longer then we would have liked due to elements out of Gateway’s control they were there to support us. They helped deal with our home owners insurance and coordinated the dry out and rebuild of the damaged areas. The office team is very responsive and nice during what is no doubt a stressful time for us as home owners. Thanks Gateway team for helping us finally get the house back together.
