I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? We came down to Sun City to visit my Mom-n-law for spring break. That day, we had a overflow in both bathrooms from the toilets. We had water that had ran into the hall from the guest bathroom into both guest rooms and the main bedroom. My mother in law searched the phone book looking for a plumber and ran across Hero. She needed a Hero, so called them and before you know it we had a technician onsite, Cesar. Seeing the issue, he called in support to have the standing water removed and begin drying the carpet and remove the wet drywall. Cesar, Joel, Neal and multiple other outstanding technicians spent the week identifying the problem, sharing options and ended up repairing/replacing the complete drain line. We had multiple pipe failures. Each step of the way had visual inspections in the pipe so we knew the issues. I need to give a huge shout out to Cesar. He insured my mother in law was always informed of the process, the next plan etc. Joel was also one of our Hero's. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company. The work was extensive, but I cannot say enough of the professionalism of our repair team. We had 5 holes through the concrete slab indoors and one exterior one. The job was completed prior to what we where told. I cannot say enough about Hero Home Services

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

The tech (Sorry I did not get his name) Came out he was right on time we did not know where the pump out was located . He spent quite a bit of time finding it and digging for it. He was able to unclog the grease that was in the drain pipe . He added a piece of pipe so we could find it easier next time a he did a great job straightening up the landscape that he had to tear up in the process of finding the clean outs and tank.
I was expecting to pay more for the amount of time and work he did.
He was very friendly and he explained what he was doing and he did not do any more work than what was necessary. It sure is nice when you get the service done right the first time.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Jesus called me and arrived on time and was very meticulous with diagnosing the problem. He found the cause of the clog which was from an old water softener system and cleared the blockages from our system. He was very professional and made some recommendations on how to permanently fix the clogging. Rooter Ranger had been recommended by my next door neighbor who had a similar great experience with their tech. Thanks Jesus!

Great company to work with!

I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. I booked an appointment a week out. There was no call to confirm the day before so I hoped that the time frame they gave me of 8-10am would be accurate. At 9:15 I called them to confirm we were on the schedule and the receptionist who answered confirmed and said they would be there by 10. At 10, they still weren’t here and I had to leave for an appointment. My husband had to leave work to be at the house for their arrival. At 11:15am he called them and the receptionist said that they were running behind schedule and she’d check with the technician for an eta and call right back. 35 minutes later and still no call back. My husband called again. This time she said that the technician was 3 to 4 hours out. So between 3 & 4pm. This is simply unacceptable as he was missing work to be there. There was no courtesy call, no apology, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and terrible business practices.

On Sept 2 2017 I had to call a plumber to come over to my house for service . After couple of hours browsing through the INTERNET and countless phone calls I was let to Mr Rooter Plumbing . The technician Mr Rafael Menjiuar arrived within a time schedule . He was very knowledgeable and very professional . He explain everything very diligently and patiently and the price was just right . Its nice to have a service with great work ethics and respect towards customer . As a home owner , I will definitely put Mr Rooter Plumbing on file for any future repair in my house . Before Mr Rafael Menijuar left he inspected my water heater .
