We needed help with our shower as our previous contractor hadn't listened to what we wanted, and never finished.  Alan came out for the estimate, advised exactly what was needed and provided an estimate that evening.  Once we advised that we wanted to proceed, he was able to get us on his schedule within a reasonable time.  From demo thru to the finished shower, Alan's timing was exactly as he said it would be.  He checked in with my husband to be sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted.  When he was finished we had the shower of our dreams.  He is personable and takes pride in his work.  We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring!

We had a new house built, with a 3 car garage and I'd always wanted a epoxy finish to make it easier to clean up after doing my weekend mechanical work. As the closing date of our home came closer, I contacted Eric, explained what I had in mind and he quoted a price to me. Unfortunately, our closing date kept being juggled around, due to delays on the part of the project manager of our tract and delivery of materials. Eric stuck right with me, accommodating our final schedule with professionalism and reliability. His crew showed up on time, finished the work in 2 days and did an excellent job! Eric kept in touch constantly VIA text and phone calls and I felt very confident in his work ethic and abilities. He very patiently explained the full process of what to expect with the floor and also sent me a care and maintenance guide for the floor, complete with recommended mops and cleaning solutions! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services and will gladly refer any of my friends that are also thinking of getting their floors coated.

We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.
