Do not recommend at all. The service is unprofessional. The plumber showed up late, didn't want to come inside the house to check valves and without seeing the valves quoted a random price of $75 which was double the price of another company. The company said they have a 24 hour turn around time for quotes, however it is now more than that and I still haven't received a quote.

Showed up in time and took all precautions to ensure house stayed clean while working inside. He found and issue and fixed while on site. Would highly recommend

Our two technicians (Matt and I apologize for not remembering the other gentleman’s name beginning with a “I”) were very professional and courteous. They listened to our information about the problem and offered their recommendations. We agreed and they performed the repairs quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service of the technicians and with the way the support staff handled our initial contract.

Brandon, my Master Service Technician was Amazing! Brandon explained the inspection he was doing though the course of the tune up. When Brandon was done with the repairs, I couldn’t even tell he was in out attic through the closet! No insulation, no dirt marks, Nothing! Amazing!!! I Highly and recommend 1st Choice a Mechanical and Brandon for your HVAC needs!

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

We have used another company for the last 11 years. Our old units needed replacing. We thought S&G was more knowledgeable with a fairer price so we decided to use them. We had a fantastic experience with SG they installed my new air conditioners/heaters. I reached out to this company on a Thursday night and I had a new AC installed by Tuesday. What unbelievable service they provided. I had 2 other AC companies come out and provide estimates and Cactus Mechanical blew their quotes out of the water. Do not get a new AC without reaching out to them and save yourself thousands.

I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of this company. They responded immediately and installed a new A/C system within hours. They were conscientious and kind. Work was clean, efficient, and effective. My comparison shopping showed their prices to be favorable for equipment and services offered. I heartily recommend Day and Night A/C and Plumbing .

Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. He is very professional and will tell you straight out that he is not trying to sell you anything you do not need.

REEis installed our units during the new build and has maintained them for the last 5 years. Every time there is an issue, they handle it with care and integrity. The most recent visit from Steve was one of the best ones yet. Top notch guy who knows his stuff.

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!
