We have used George Brazil twice now in the last year for check ups and maintenance on our HVAC system and have absolutely no complaints at all. Austin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He called in advance of arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would at the scheduled appointment time. Within minutes he assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. His installation and repair was completed so well that the plumbing looks better now than it did when the house was built! Even though it was a rather difficult job, Austin remained pleasant and worked through every challenge with a smile, genuinely glad to help. He ensured everything worked as it should and took time to show us how we can keep everything in good working order and avoid future issues. When he was done, there was no mess and no indication there was ever a problem.
