I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

Everyone I dealt with was just awesome. This was a costly repair that I didn’t see coming and they just made it easy for me to get fixed. But not only that recommended a company who found and potentially prevented a bigger major issue at my home. They explained everything to me from start to finish. I knew exactly what was gonna be done when. I will say if I had one negative thing to say. I originally picked a day that I would not miss work for the repairs to be completed. But that appointment was canceled with I don’t believe enough notice. I get it stuff happens but this cancellation indeed cause me to miss work which was frustrating. If I had to do this whole experience all over again(hopefully I won’t) I would still choose them.

Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! I thought I needed a new septic system but really it was just a simple clogg in my line (glad i didn’t get take advantage of) Thank you guys!

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. Stay away from this company! Over the phone with Uriah, I was told that next day they will locate the septic tank and send excavator . I was suppose to pay $250/hr for digging and another $550 for pumping. Instead, they sent 2 guys that were manually digging for hours. Next day they did sent excavator. It took him 2 hrs to reach the tank. Locator spent 30 min.to pull the toilet and locate the tank. The bill was $2000 before even going into pumping expense. When I expressed my outrage, Darren McNamara offered $450 credit. That was it…never heard from them again and never got the credit.

This company come out and pumped our septic tank the operator and driver was very rude to my wife very very rude and had an attitude I would not recommend this company to anyone also they busted my sprinkler water pipes and never return to fix them properly and when they did I still have a water leak and they have yet to return to fix it

Today we were getting ready to move in our house after getting the keys last Wednesday. When Lowe’s was delivering our dishwasher to install they noticed the kitchen sink shut off valve was stuck and broken. Needing a plumber quickly we reached out to bumble bee and they managed to squeeze us in before the end of the day. Jeff got out here and immediately noticed that unbeknownst to us, Lowe’s left the bad shut off valve leaking all under the sink. He acted quickly to get the leak under control. If bumblebee hadn’t gotten us in today, who knows how much water damage could have happened. This all alone worth a five star review. Jeff continued to exceed all expectations with his eagerness to help and pointed out that we needed a pressure valve for the water intake as our water pressure was dangerously high, confirming what we heard during our inspection. He replaced the shutoff valve and installed the pressure valve both in a timely manner and was a pleasure to have over. He even took the time to educate us as new home owners of simple self serve preventative maintenance saving us future headaches. So glad we called bumblebee today.

I had Priority pump two septic tanks at my place today. Keith Hargis arrived and within 2 hours had located, excavated and pumped both ranks. He was very pleasant and personable and a pleasure to talk with. This is the first time Prioriyh has been here and I can say they will definately be back in the future. Mister Rooter did an excellent job replacing our drain piping. From start to finish, they provided excellent service. Cris and Joe, the field supervisors, were transparent from the very beginning, explaining to us what the problem is, and what needs to be done. They were professional, courteous, and had our best interest in mind throughout the job. Terrill and his crew worked very hard, and did an outstanding job. They kept us informed throughout the process, and always accommodated so that it was as least inconvenient as possible. It's amazing how much work they did in such a short amount of time. Everyone from the workers to the supervisors were professional and courteous. I felt at ease knowing they were on the job. The way we were treated is an example of how to serve customers.
