This company is a joke, starting off with the unprofessional way your call is answered, to even try and get someone to come out. I was put on hold 3 times by Tanya, who talked so fast that I couldn't even understand her, only to wait so long that I had to call back. After the third time I called another REPUTABLE company and was taken care of promply and courteously. You would think phone etiquette would be required to be the first point of contact for your business, Unacceptable. I later called and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were not available and that they would call me back, which never happened of course. Stay away from this business. It's a waste of your time.

The company booked us and sent technician same day response. Nathan he was very professional, and helped fix our ac unit same day we would definitely use this company again very professional!!! Recommend nathan to help with your ac unit!

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

Quality service is rare these day. The installers we had for our new AC units, Ivan and Sergio, were awesome! They were efficient and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer allof our questions. Also, our sales consultant Simon was very knowledgeable and helped us with the type of units we required for our home. So far our experience with the employees of Hobacia Services has been excellent.

The owner of sun devil gave me a killer deal on a new unit in 2017 and great follow up service since! They have a great team and solid leadership in Gerardo!!! If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. Worst Customer Service. I could not believe the response I got or the way I was treated. Absolutely no communication or time frame.
We got a new A/C unit from them in 2011. It has a 10 year warranty on all parts. Yesterday evening the A/C went out, called them at 7 am this morning to have someone come out. It is now 12:30 on and no one has responded, called, or shown up. I just called them back to figure out what's going on, and the guy that answered the phone couldn't answer my question. He said he would send another message to the on call guy, and that I should get a call back in 15 minutes. I explained again as I did in the first call, we have children and animals in the house and we need to know if someone is coming. All he could tell me was to wait 15 minutes and see if the on call guy calls me, if not I could call back or he suggested I could call another company to come out. I told him again that it is under warranty and asked how that would work. He just told me to see what happens in 15 minutes.

Very professional and I felt so comfortable with the analysis they did, the suggested repairs and the repairs themselves.
