2nd time using. Communication isn’t great but work was done well enough, however had they asked if I was satisfied with trimming I’d have asked for more branches to be removed. My tree spills into neighbors yard and she thankfully called before they left to fix her part. Clean up was excellent. Solid B.

Fantastic job by HTS. They removed my 2 40’ Mexican palms with a crane and were done in an hour including the clean up of the area. Very professional team including the office staff. Price was fair. Will be using them for future tree trimming services and would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. My husband and I have used them twice to trim a huge tree we have in our back yard. On both occasions, the crews were on time, super knowledgeable, and fast.

They also left my back yard cleaner then when they got here. They cleaned up every leaf/twig. They even cleaned up my neighbors back yard and pool because a little bit of debris landed on their side of the fence.

I did my homework and I found this company to be a good fit for a very precarious project regarding one tree that was dead right next to my mother‘s home that had to be completely taken down. A very big tree. I was extremely impressed with the time and patience Devinn took to make sure that everything went smooth. All together they did three trees and three citrus trees. I've tried trimming my own trees in the past....not anymore. Every time Bill trims my trees they look perfect and they grow out properly. He also does a great job at cleanup when the job is done.

I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them.
