Best Commercial in Phoenix AZ

This housekeeping service is my favorite service because they do a good job cleaning and The owner Bruni is really nice Lady and really polite I hundred percent recommend and will definitely call them again !

My husband and I just bought a house in Scottsdale and needed it cleaned before moving in. The staff at Tidy Casa was super courteous over the phone and helped me set up exactly what we needed. They came to the house, cleaned it and, minus a few missed spots, the place looks INCREDIBLE! All the little corners were dusted, the bathrooms were spotless and we walked into a Fresh house that felt new. Thank you very much! We will definitely be calling on Tidy Casa for future cleaning needs. :-)

Pretty disappointed with everything besides maybe the customer service but even then it was a bit ridiculous... Total cost for a Move in Clean and Interior Windows Clean was $402. The house was already pretty clean itself but for moving into a new home I wanted to make sure it was fully clean for when I moved in. Mainly the carpets vacuumed well, the kitchen/bathrooms disinfected and cleaned, the oven cleaned, all parts of these services are stated on the list... Yet After the initial clean I walked in and the floors hadn't been wiped, probably 0 disinfectant was used besides maybe the toilet, dust everywhere (On fans, on window sills, small shelves) The Walk in closet definitely wasn't vacuumed and with 3 swipes of my hand had a good chunk of the previous owners hairs..

They tried to remedy the situation by sending someone the following day but barely anything was changed besides a quick vacuum in a closet that was still gross, and re-vacuuming the one bedroom. Overall just disappointed as I am now getting to spend my own time cleaning before I move in to make myself happy and disputing with my credit card company with photos of what they offered vs the final condition...

Professional, dedicated and accountable; these three words are an accurate description of Arizona Cleaning. I have been using this company for years, and this review is long overdue. I have a hectic schedule, flying in and out of Phoenix, and I often need to request a cleaning before my arrival or immediately after my departure. My contact at Arizona Cleaning has always been Sean. Sean has a professional attitude, and has always treated my family and me with the utmost respect. Typically, a cleaning will take place while I am away. However, within the past few years, I have been able to witness Sean and his team in action. To say that the team works like a “well oiled machine” is an understatement. Sean and his crew will arrive at the home, immediately proceed to their designated areas and start cleaning. Reflective of a good leader, Sean is not afraid to dig in and work along side the team. He also continually assesses the work being done and assists his colleagues when needed. The crew is very thorough, courteous and does an amazing job. There are a few times I have contacted Arizona Cleaning at the last minute, and they have always taken steps to try and accommodate me. If you are looking for an excellent company you can trust to clean your home, I highly recommend Arizona Cleaning!

Recently used Wave House Cleaning when I moved into my new apartment. I was in a hurry to move in so my landlord didn't have time to finish cleaning the place. I bit off a little more than I could chew in the decision so I decided to find a cleaning company that could help me out. I contacted Wave and was surprised with how friendly and reasonably priced they were as well as how quickly they were able to get over and do a thorough job, I was able get it done while I was at work and came back to a sparkling clean apartment. Will definitely use in the future!

My family used Cleaning Authority for the first time last week. Rachel and Regina were wonderful. They did an exceptional job and were not afraid of our 6 noisy dogs. We will have them back every two weeks.

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

I have been nothing but pleased with how professional and kind each and every maid pro worker has been. Celia makes the best beds! They are so nice, that I don't want to sleep in them! Octavio is the best in vacuuming my house. Marley is a peach too! The only feedback of improvement I could suggest, would be the communication with the administration. Other than that, I am happy with their consistency in schedule. Thank you Maid Pro!

Was very punctual and easy to work with. Made a night and day difference once all the ducts were cleaned. 10/10 recommend his services.

If you can dream it they can clean it! Good work guys! I promise to have a more interesting job next time!

The couple that cleaned our house today was very thorough. They did the basic cleaning and then cleaned blinds and other areas. They are the best cleaners we have had.

They treat your house like theirs; there is a difference between a professional cleaner and a professional cleaner who is a caretaker--they can clean around toys, identify better areas for optimization, and leave it how you would - if you were a master of cleaning and organization who never forgot to bring extra lysol

This company is amazing. I have used them three times for move in cleaning in the last year. They are prompt, courteous and do a fantastic job. We had three different teams and they were all friendly and professional. The standards in this company are clearly communicated to their entire organization.

We used Daniel with Sonoran Cleaning to clean our church facility. He always did a professional and thorough job. He was kind and easy to work with. They were consistent, never missed a week and worked with our schedule. We always felt secure with them in our building and never had any issues. We would highly recommend them.
