Called three times (Twice in one day) to advise them I had the framing completed and was ready for the install. The reply back from tham after two phone calls was you'll hear back from us buy the end of the day. Two days go by and when I finally get to talk to someone (They wanted me to leave another message, was't going to play that game again) they say were waiting to hear when the framing is done, REALLY?.All this after two storms passed through with plastic covering my window hole. Then afterward the window was installed I waiting a WEEK for someone to contact me about Stucco and I never heard anything about drywall. When the Stucco person came out he showed me on his phone where he was just contacted that day, Friday . Needless to say I had to go out and get my own drywall and stucco repairs done since I was tired of not hearing anything from the office. This may not be typical from this company but I can't recommend them after this experience.

We replaced all of the windows in our home and highly recommend this company. The pricing was great and everything was done timely and exactly as stated. Staff was professional, timely, and communicated every step of the way. I can't say enough about how pleased we are. 5 stars all the way!

I contacted Valleywide Glass for an adjustment to our glass shower door. At first they didn’t want to come out to Goodyear, we were outside there service area. I get it, but maybe don't include “Valleywide” in your company name. As I’m having trouble getting anyone to help in the current era of post-Covid customer service, I gladly offered a trip fee. I sent in the requested photos and waited for the scheduling call I was supposed to receive. I didn’t hear anything for several hours and contacted them again. They put me on the schedule, but on the day of the appointment they were unable to come out due to the tech getting injured. However, they said they would reschedule and there has been no response from them to my efforts to reschedule. 1 star for being unresponsive and wasting my time. We are all busy.

Duarte Glass LLC was a breath of fresh air with their honest communication, professional work, and reasonable prices. I have had a window needing glass replaced in my front office for over a year. Two large panes of glass. I finally decided to call Duarte. Turns out, instead of a 6-12 week wait, they came the SAME DAY and replaced the glass. They quoted me fairly and charged that exact amount. My technician Mark was excellent and very considerate, explaining what he was doing along the process if I had questions. If I ever need glass replaced, this will be my go-to business. Honest, professional and upfront, I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Phoenix area.

My 12 year old son plays soccer on our patio and he accidentally slammed his ball into our back window. I was in desperate need to find a company to repair it quickly. After searching a few different glass companies I was happy to find Superior Replacement Windows. A technician came out to our house within the hour. They where fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

A few empty promises. We went 7 months waiting for a window. They forgot to order that one...they ordered the wrong size....it will be there Friday...They meant Monday...

(Revised) We eventually got all of our windows and they fixed most of issues.

Jason just put new windows in our 1964 ranch style home. Very challenging due to the Adobe brick construction, but he did such a great job! Highly recommend!

Cannot be more pleased with the results! After getting quotes from four different companies, was referred to Red Rock Windows by a realtor friend. Product selections were same quality level as other companies, yet with referral discount and financing options Red Rock Windows costs were more aligned to my needs compared with the others. Thomas (owner) and his staff were great to work with.
Twenty windows and a sliding glass door were installed in TWO days. Blake and his partner did a fantastic job with installation and were very personable. They were even able to answer my questions about the windows. Appreciated their clean-up efforts. You’d have never known they were there!

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

Phil and his team were just amazing. My shower enclosures look beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Stellar Glass Works without ANY hesitation to all my friends and family. Great job Phil and team!

Hired Jeremy because I was referred to him through Jim and Dawn from Home Depot. Jeremy came to remove the shower door and I paid him half of the agreed upon fee. However, when trying to get him to come back and install the new shower door the guy kept rescheduling and he was not proactive with his communication. I'd have to message him to ask what time he was coming and then he would have excuses why he couldn't come that day. Lots of good contractors in Phoenix but this isn't one of them.

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME AND JUST HANGS UP WHEN I ANSWER. WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM BACK THEY JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND HANG IT BACK UP

Absolutely outstanding job--both scheduling and installing. We made an error in which windsheild was needed. The installer handled the situation very professionally and immediately contacted the office with the issue--by the time he had left the neighborhood, we already had the appointment rescheduled for the following day. The returning installer was again extremely professional, neat and made sure the new windsheild was clean -- inside & out! Hopefully we won't need a replacement (at least for a long while) but I know who we will call-Univeral Glass of Glendale, AZ. NICE JOB EVERYBODY--

The service was great took longer than I anticipated perhaps since there was two people ahead of me. I appreciated how they had my paperwork in a nice small envelope with my name handwritten in the front which I thought was pretty cool. I was properly advised what not to do after the window tinting, furthermore they give you lifetime warranty on all window tints. And I was given two complementary full service car wash vouchers at a $19.99 value. I would recommend their products and services.

They showed up on time, didd a good job, and explained what I should and shouldn't do for the first few days after replacing my windshield. Nice people.
