This was a great experience. I wanted to get some spare keys for my motorcycle and I kept hitting wall after wall. I finally got referred over to Downtown Locksmith and I'm so pleased with the service. It is an actual brick and mortar store, for starters. That's a huge plus since I'm more comfortable with the level of skill with someone who can keep a shop going and not just have a mobile service, especially since this wasn't an emergency so I didn't want to have to spend $60+ for a visit. The gentleman who waited on me was very kind, cheerful and professional. He had me check the keys before I left and took the time to explain to me why his keys were going to work better than my old one. The price was MORE than fair and he did a superb job. This is the only place that will get my business from now on. I do wish you had slightly different hours but that is a tiny inconvenience I will gladly work around. Thanks for my keys!

These guys are great. Called them to help with an ignition problem I was having on my car, Tom helped me out over the phone and sent Nick out to look at the car. He was there in like 20 minutes or less and had it fixed 30 minutes later. Great pricing and service. Highly recommend these guys as one of the best locksmiths in the Phoenix area!

We were in the process of moving, on superbowl sunday of all days, when someone locked the keys in the moving truck. With only one day to move an entire 3 bedroom home any delays could cripple our plans. We called 6 locksmiths. Only one answered. These guys really saved our day. They were prompt, professional, and made quick work of our lock problem. Utterly professional and highly skilled. You couldn't ask for better service.
